Our first meeting was very thorough, and we discussed what changes needed to be made, the price and spent time getting to know each other. Experiencia negativa: Hannah and I worked together on my home sale which occurred at the beginning of COVID. I sold my home of 11+ years at a very low price. Who could know that prices would double in less than a year after I sold? Wrong time and place, perhaps. However, I feel that Hannah, a very experienced realtor, could have done a better job to educate me on the instability of the RE market at the time I was selling. I also feel that she glossed over the implications of her dual agency deal.

Experiencia fantástica: Jane helped me to sell four houses in total (one in 2008, one in 2019, two in 2022). As always, Jane provided great strategies on how to make the houses look better, what kinds of repair/improvement is needed, what is the best timing to put on the market, how to price it correctly, etc. She also helped to decorate my houses and took great pictures and walkthrough videos. With her efforts, my houses looked a thousand times better and all my friends were amazed with the good appearance of my "new houses". With the great strategy in place and excellent execution, all my houses received multiple offers within 2-5 days. Jane is very proactive, responsible, timely communication with great insights on lots of areas during the entire process (contract negotiation, inspection repairment negotiation, CO/smoke inspection, closing settlement, etc). In the end, all my houses were closed smoothly on time. I am super happy with Jane and she is THE BEST you can get. I highly recommended her to my other friends and hope they will get the same benefit as me when they have a need to sell their houses.
