Experiencia fantástica: She is the most erudite Real Estate Agent in the State of Texas and so congenial, stays focused on business, and has business etiquette-building manners and respect capable of to adapt with any multicultural world even newly Internationally seeking residency in the United States. But, surely she's multitaskable and very dedicated to finding that perfect home for her client, and a perfectionist about business sense. Please, I recommend her highly, and if you're serious about that "Dream Home" simply be modest and honest with her and she'll get the job done. Make sure your collateral money is intact to lessen the grievance of Closing and Down Payment costs remember. We have to do our share of 50%/50%. Why? I ask because I know about 90% of this population is getting really tired of renting an apartment each month when you can have the home or property to pass along to that future Generation, it takes quite an effort just hoping as each year goes by and still the potential is there for a lifetime waiting, but the mindful procrastination and doubt got all of us terrified to invest. She helped me find a contractor to complete the remodel, was my eyes and ears through the whole process (I live 3 hours away, so this was vital for a successful remodel/renovation), but most importantly, she was the "cool, calm, and collected" one when things went sideways.
