Experiencia negativa: Avoid Fabiola Dueñas and Forza Real Estate Our experience with Fabiola Dueñas was disappointing. She consistently sided with the builder instead of representing us and offered little support throughout the process. Communication was poor, and she was often unavailable when we needed her most. If you’re looking for a realtor who puts your interests first, I suggest avoiding Fabiola and Forza Real Estate.

Experiencia negativa: We applied for a home and we’re approved verbally and via written communication. We established a move in date and a lease was sent by the representing agent. I was requested to send the deposit electronically via Zelle. They sent the lease to sign, and the recipients Zelle information. I am conducting the transaction from FL because we are moving from FL to TX. Before sending the money, I wanted to make sure I completed my due diligence so I called the listing agents brokerage. Once doing so the broker was very helpful and helped me vet the information by calling the listing agent. We touched on different parts of the lease and they both ensured that it was safe and I was covered. After speaking with the brokerage they made me feel at ease to send the money so I did (almost 4K). Once doing so, I sent my POD and all my belongings. I sent my wife’s vehicle on an auto transport and arranged plane tickets as my family was going to help us get settled into our new home. Later that night, I received a message from our agent saying the listing agent has decided to go with someone else because I took too long (48 hours). I was never given notice to not send the money or notice that they were going with someone else, as we were “in contract”. Now, they have my money and my family and my belongings are displaced, leaving us with out a home. I will be filing a formal complaint with TREC against the agent and the brokerage and I also will be getting my attorney involved for damages done.

She also work extremely hard to find us the right house to purchase! And above all that she was the best support for us during this very stressful time. Experiencia negativa: I dont know who Jay Anderson think he is. Completely unprofessional. Called and YELLED through the phone. Primarily worked with crispin and suddenly Jay comes into play and first impression are a message to call him and when we do he YELLS AT US. Completely uncivilized, uncalled for. If i could rate less I would. There was no need for this!! What kind of service is this. Does he really expect people to respond to that kindly ? This probably does not reflect this company but you definitely should know how their relator treats people. Tried phoning but no answer. Terrible.

Experiencia negativa: My family and I recently purchased a home Candice Cross represented the seller in this transaction. The sellers would not respond to requests to view the property in the weeks leading up to the closing. Candice said that the sellers would not be out of the property until the day of the closing and that we could not have a final viewing because of COVID19. Candice said she had spoken, in person with the seller, during the week of the close. And still her story was that we could not view the property until the day of the close because the seller didn’t want to risk COVID19 exposure. We were living in New OrleAns during the sale so our realtor did a virtual viewing of the property the morning of the close. All of the utilities were turned off. There were cockroaches and ants throughout the property. There was serious water damage that had never been disclosed by the seller. This damage was hidden by the sellers couch and rugs during the inspection. It was obvious no one had been living in the property for some time. When Candice was contacted She then said she talked with the seller and he couldn’t recall any water damage. Pictures were sent to Candice and she agreed that you couldn’t miss this damage. We had to have an emergency plumber come and delay the close. It was 45 min from closing for the seller and Candice said she couldn’t reach the seller. The emergency plumber found the problem and our realtor got an estimate from a contractor for repairs. Candice said she was go to the close and would talk with the seller about covering the damage and plumber. She also said this had been a terrible client and she doesn’t do business this way. She then stated that If the seller wouldn’t make it right that she personally would. She said we would just have to trust her. In retrospect it was so stupid to trust Candice Cross! I know this but it was so tough buying a home from another state during a pandemic. I’ve sent several emails to Candice with no response. We have never heard anything from her since we signed the closing papers. Candice Did a great job of misleading the buyers during this sale for her seller. I am not a realtor but this type of behavior is what gives realtors a bad name. Candice could have said the buyers will not cover repairs and we would have refused to close on the house. We paid top dollar for this property and were not willing to cover undisclosed damages.

She can agree with other agents, and therefore there is no need to schedule a separate meeting for each object of interest, which saves time. Highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: Don't bother w/Rhonda Berry-Pohlman. Unless you drive a Maserati or looking to purchase a $500k and up home, she won't even bother with you.

Experiencia negativa: this company is horrible. no follow up or control of their agents. sellers be very aware. sent in an offer on a property over a week ago. my agent has left message after message after message with no response. by both email and vc mail. we also spoke to the realtors assistant who assured us this was not normal and that was two days ago. i also left a message for the team leader mrs montgomery, yup you got it, no response. this is on one of their listings. if i found out there was an offer on my house and the realtor was not responding i would be pissed. so sellers beware. i only put one start because i had to.
