I was stressed to begin this process because my husband is very ill which meant that most of the decisions would be my responsibility. There was no way that everything would have been accomplished had it not been for Wendy. She was always prompt to keep us informed of every aspect of the process. She answered all my questions and text very quickly. She spoke with the buyers’ realtor, as necessary, to keep all the party members informed. She is truly the best. She emailed us all the documents, and they were well marked as to where we needed to sign or initial. She explained each document to me. Wendy has stayed in touch with us and the seller almost everyday even though she has been hospitalized and had surgeries during these weeks of setting up everything that needed to be done….including getting the closing date arranged. She is a top-notch realtor and a precious child of God. At my age (75), she was truly God-sent! Thank you, Wendy! You are “number one” as a realtor, and you’ve done an excellent job in helping us, and keeping me mentally stable through it all!

Answers every single question and if she doesn’t know she is finding out right then! Had times where I needed to get in touch with people and it was a little difficult, she made it happen and I would get the phone call I needed asap. She is your girl! I would recommend her to anyone!
