My wife and I are on the other side of the country, and Jeannie was helping out past 11 pm her time! Unfortunately, I was assigned another agent from my lending company. I repeatedly told Jeannie that I would drop the other agent if I felt their service wasn't up to par, but Jeannie's integrity wouldn't allow her to do that.
