The hard part was getting out in 28 days because she found a buyer that was just as motivated as we were! This was a quick and easy transaction and we will be working with her again to find our new home in the coming months! Just want to add to this review since we just closed on a new home with Rebecca and Michaela. They both went above and beyond to make our vision of finding everything we wanted and they were patient with us to find the right house. Since we were downsizing it was a tough market, everyone is looking for a smaller home. We bid significantly higher on few homes and still didn’t get them. We landed on a new construction for under 300k and only offered asking. It was worth all the stress to find the right home for us. Even with 4 offers and 1 cancelled contract they were both professional and very informative with the whole process! We will use them again in the future for sure!

We had been searching for a house since before the pandemic but just couldn't find the right fit for our big family and our not so big budget.
