Experiencia fantástica: I wouldn't usually post a review of the realtor on the opposite side of a transaction but Trang went beyond the call of duty to get this deal done for both her clients (sellers) and me. She worked very smoothly with my realtor through the offer/acceptance/contract phase; I thought it was all downhill from there. But wait! Then the fun really started, my lender's underwriter started presenting more and more hoops to jump through, many that had already been jumped through! Through it all, Trang stayed calm, working very closely with both my realtor and the lender (both of whom also sang her praises), agreed to a slight delay in closing, and helped to finally get the deal done. Phew! A few days later, Trang stopped by while I was settling in with a bottle of wine to congratulate me on the return of sanity to my life - reminder, she was the other party's realtor!
