I know, because I used Andy 8 years ago when I purchased a townhouse in Lakewood, CO and then I looked him up again this year when it was time to sell. He gave outstanding service with great attention to detail on both occasions. I will add that I was probably a "low end" customer compared to most residential sales prices, but Andy spent enormous time with me both times and gave high-touch, hands-on assistance that made the process easier for me. We wanted to know what he thought of our condo, from a real estate perspective. We were hoping to upgrade to a house in Golden but were not confident about the likelihood that we could. Andy did not promise us a house in Golden but was willing to try. The team was professional, friendly, detail oriented and "in-tune" about the current market conditions. He proactively stayed in touch and gave great advice at crucial points of the pre-listing, viewing, contract processes, including helping us navigate complex inspection objection issues. Natasha proved to be always cheerful and available as we tacked towards closing, and even bailed us out in a big way when the buyer was asking us to repair some drywall holes after we'd closed, and while we were moving ourselves - she organized a handyman to take care of the problem, and left us out of it entirely. From the day I found the listing through the day of closing, Andy shared so much valuable information with me and guided me through every step of the process. For a little context, I found the listing on a Saturday and had to decide if I wanted to make an offer the very next day. He and his team were in constant contact with me throughout that whole night and the following day, helping me find a great lender (one that could get me pre-approved for a loan on a Saturday night) and prepare an offer that would have a shot of being accepted in Golden's super competitive market. These guys really know how to get it done! After the offer was accepted Andy checked in with me all the time over the next month, making sure I was informed and always at least one step ahead so there were no surprises. I never had an issue reaching him if I needed to, which was rare anyway because of how proactive he was at keeping me up to date! I have heard some horror stories about how hard it is to buy a home, especially in this area. I feel very lucky that I had such a great and successful experience. Again, these guys are great. 10/10 in knowledge, friendliness, transparency, and responsiveness/availability.
