In the first year, many of the houses we suggested, I feel like (in hindsight) Robby knew that they were not right for us. Regardless, he was there, on time, and had a positive attitude every showing. He was always available, quick to respond and flexible with us. Not to mention we were looking at houses with 2 year old triplet daughters in tow. There were multiple times when Robby jumped in and carried one of our daughters back to the truck.
