It’s a whole journey.. none the less, my mom successfully sold her home, and rather quickly thanks to Derek and his team. My mom isn’t the easiest person to work with, and the language barrier can get in the way. So I helped translate between the two. Derek’s and his team’s main language is ENGLISH. So please keep this in mind! If you’re fluent in English, oh god they will make the process go by so smooth, fast and easy. And modern. Applications sent and signed via email. That’s the kinda business I like anyway. He also even paid out of his own pocket to hire a junk removal company for my mom’s particular situation among other things. And I thought that was kind of him. If you’re Spanish speaking, make sure you have a translator with you. Other than that, Derek works hard at what he does. He’s there when you need him, he’s techy, texts back and communicates so very well. Remember to ASK QUESTIONS and learn how to read documents, sometimes we as human can miss things.
