Experiencia fantástica: Joe and Stacey did an amazing job with selling my house! I decided to sell my house while living in a different state and was 9 months pregnant at the time. To say the least, they made this process so easy and stress free and I couldn't be more grateful. Thanks guys for all your help through this process. It was such a great experience!

Experiencia fantástica: The entire McCarthy Team is absolutely amazing. From the moment I contacted Joe, he was extremely responsive and patient. He has been my go to realtor for multiple years, he has helped us sell our starter home, buy our dream home, along with selling a house for my father in law and more recently helped my mom find the perfect home back in Philadelphia to be closer to us. They make you feel at ease and made the entire process seamless, even if it wasn’t.

Experiencia fantástica: I had such a pleasant experience working with Joe McCarthy & The McCarthy Real Estate team! I was able to purchase a much nicer home than I thought possible on my budget & credit past. Their knowledge & dedication have me celebrating one year in my happy home! Joe found exactly what I wanted in under 3 weeks.

Experiencia fantástica: We are using Joe to both find a new home and sell our present one. Joe has been patient with both the state of the world (2020 kind of is what it is), and our own rather oddball circumstances and needs that have led to some 6 months of house hunting -mainly due to the lack of available homes in our area that work for our situation. We have found him and his agents to be honest, timely, and easy to deal with despite all of that. I'm not massively experienced with realtors, or buying and selling a house, but I know he makes the person we purchased our current house from look terrible in comparison. I'm pretty sure if he can work with us, he could work with literally _anyone_, and while I do not have any plans of moving again, I would not hesitate for a moment to use McCarthy real estate if I did.

Experiencia fantástica: Joe McCarthy, of McCarthy Real Estate, is absolutely amazing. Joe, and Mark Wilkins from Movement Mortgage, helped guide me through the process of what I needed to do to get a mortgage. Once I was ready, and got approval, Joe helped to look at so many houses. Anytime I wanted to see one, he made it happen. He put up with my crazy questions, and made sure I understood every aspect. I couldn’t have done this without him. When I finally found my forever house, Joe & Mark were right there taking care of everything. If you are looking to buy or sell, do yourself a favor and contact Joe McCarthy. You will not be disappointed. And I’m proud to say Joe and Mark became good friends, who I’m still in contact with. With them, it’s not just business, it’s family.

Experiencia fantástica: Joe and his team helped me through several real estate transactions. He was professional, courteous, knowledgable and responsive throughout all our interactions. Joe sold my mom’s house after she passed away suddenly. Joe got the house under contract within two weeks of listing it. He walked me through the whole process and made everything so much easier. I would highly recommend Joe for any and all real estate needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Big Joe played a huge part in helping me get started in property ownership and management. Not only did he help me find houses to refurbish and rent in the neighborhood I grew up, he also provided me with many of the people that worked on the rehabs such as a general contractors, a roofer/siding contractor, and a master plumber. The guy just seems to know everyone! I feel like I was able to be part of helping to revitalize a neighborhood and can’t thank Joe enough for being such a huge part of that. He is also very responsive and punctual knowing that his client’s time is valuable. He really cares about his clients!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I must say Joe and his team are the best out there! We purchased our first home 10 months ago and we used them. We were fortunate enough to be able to sell our first starter home in hours of being listed and find our dream home this year with their help. Such a quick process. Joe, Mark and Gina are always there to answer any questions or concerns and make the transition very stress free. If you’re in the market to sell or buy, you will not be making a mistake by choosing them to help you through the process.

Experiencia fantástica: Professional, timely and attentive! I recommend McCarthy Real Estate every chance I get. 5 star service!
