Experiencia fantástica: Your office is more flexible for rent. I am glad that you specify two times the rent rule rather than 3 times the rent rules.. Plus you accept assistance pay as income from other resources rather than just a job. Very very good because of I am on a fix income. Your office offer second chance that better me to attain a pure nice home. The Pure Home River Property Management will prosper with helping houses search because the economy is increasing and reaching the highest peek. Houses are on the market and ready, but take a second chance for many to rent or purchase. I am a potential becoming tenant's who speak keep up the brilliant work.

Experiencia negativa: BEWARE!! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! They trick you into writing a good review right after getting approved then all hell breaks loose afterwards! Save the time, money n legal fees cause you’ll need all of the above with this company! Never moved into their property because my washer wouldn’t fit in the “laundry room”, a tiny space with hot water heater blocking the door n they wanted me to force my 3000 washer into the space, impossible. Informed them and asked to transfer my lease into another property, they refused. Keep in mind, I never even moved in nor paid a deposit. They wouldn’t accommodate me as a new tenant yet they attempted to charge me 4000 plus dollars for not moving in. Beware n if you do proceed have a lawyer on stand by. Lindsey Shirley is a money hungry crook!!

As each of our properties is owned by individual owners, once a lease is signed for a specific property, it becomes legally binding to that property. While we always strive to meet our residents' needs to the best of our ability, there are certain requests, such as transferring a lease, that we are unable to fulfill due to these legal constraints.
Regarding the charges you mentioned, we want to assure you that we take all lease agreements seriously. When signing a lease, tenants agree to the terms and conditions outlined within it, including any associated fees or penalties. We regret any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.

FROM LYING PROPERTY MANAGERS WHO ARE FAKE CARING WANT TO BE PROFESSIONAL (LINDSEY SHIRLEY) to unresponsive corporate office. Non existent maintenance. Hidden fees. Lack of communication. JUST OVERALL TERRIBLE I NEVER REVIEW BUT I HAVE BEEN LEASING FROM THIS COMPANY FOR 4 YEARS AND WHEN I TELL YOU THEY WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE HELL . I ONLY STAYED AS LONG AS I DID BECAUSE OF MY DETERMINATION TO BUY AND THAT THIS IS MY LAST RENTAL EXPERIENCE. I PRESSED FOWARD THROUGH ALL OF THIER TREACHERY AND I AM VICTORIOUS. Experiencia fantástica: It wasn’t as quick a process as I would like from a maintenance perspective it took entirely too long. But Mrs. Lindsay stepped in and she took care of the situation quick and communicated everything very well and for that I appreciate her. Just seems it would be more convenient if she handled maintenance request and orders that things would flow much more efficiently.

You can pay rent on time but when it comes to fixing issues at the property, they take forever or never fixes them. I’ve been calling for months about submitting a 30 day notice and still no response. Avoid this company at all costs.

We did send you several text messages asking you to complete various other items that would be required to complete your application and we never received any responses back from you. Experiencia negativa: I've complained 5 times that the cooling/heating in certain areas of the home and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Several technicians has stated to me the home needs duct work so why haven't it been done. I pay rent faithfully and has never been late so please tell me why the repairs haven't been done. It's not fair that my son and daughter has to be uncomfortable due to owner not wanting to fix these issues. How is that fair to the tenant!!!!!!! Rent money should be put into the repairs of the home!!!!!!

Erica Davis especially always replied promptly to emails and was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. Erica made sure things went smoothly. Making AHI my management team was the best decision and I would definitely use them again.

Experiencia negativa: I have been renting from this company since January. It has been so stressful the whole time. There has not been a month that an issue did not come up. A leak flooded one room of the house in June. They ripped up the floor and I still have not had it replaced. Now there is a leak from the ceiling in that same room. I have went two months without having access to all rooms in my house. I contacted corporate and I have not gotten a reply yet. I will be seeking legal advice due to my rights as a tenant are being violated. AHI can send you infinite reminders in regards to rent being due, but cannot fix issues in the house that this corporation wants me to pay rent for.

Experiencia negativa: After touring a house through the Rently app I quickly submitted my application. It did not dawn on my why a great property was available for over 2 months until they reached out to me. I was asked through email, to submit proof of income again, after all ready submitting it. All calls are not answered and all voicemails are full. Telling sign of poor communication and handling. After reading these other reviews, I’ll just keep on looking and be at a loss of the application fee. No time for incompetent landlords.

Experiencia negativa: I rented from AHI for 3 years never late on rent had several issues with the house I was renting. I moved out 2 months ago, today I received a letter stated I owed 3300 in damage to the property when I clean the house from top to bottom and have pictures and receipts for cleaning. The are trying to charge me for carpet replacement when there not one stain. And charging me for paint. They even put a bs charge of unauthorized pet fee when I’ve never owned any type of pet. Tomorrow morning I will be going to file a small claim. Anyone that reading this review please do not rent from AHI they are slum lords that will try anything to rip you off.

Experiencia negativa: I don't understand why they have to run your credit before you can view a rental property. I went through the process and the home was given to someone else before I could see it. I won't ever make that mistake again.
We apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced. We receive applications on a first come first served basis of a full application being received. We currently do the pre-approval process to determine credit worthiness of an applicant based on stated income. The pre-application is good on any of our properties for a period of 60 days. Once the applicant decides on the property we then get them to submit the remainder of the application payment authorizing us to conduct criminal background checks, evictions reports, verification of rental or mortgage history along with employment ad income verifications.
