Experiencia fantástica: Years ago I heard the most important part to home buying is having a buyer's agent that works for you. My Fiance actually sought out Amy seeking financial overview to see how we were positioned to finance real estate. On A whim we got a quick pre-approval and went right for the first bargain we saw. Amy pointed out some key items that we could not see at the time, glad we walked away. over the next 3 months we toured 8 properties, while hunting daily, switched mortgage companies and learning plenty working with Amy. Two of the first properties we looked at became bidding wars, Amy worked very quickly, accurately and professionally for us. Neither worked out. On a whim, we found a property at the top of what we could afford, but set-up a tour anyway. we had lost some steam after the first two properties but had rearranged out finances, were better set and wanted to close in 30-days. With some upfront negotiating, we were under contract within 24 hours on an offer all parties liked. weeks passed as all items processed and no issues arose. within 1 week of closing, deal breaking differences began. Initially, Amy negotiated without involving us and was fighting an uphill battle. Eventually, as Seller would not budge our involvement was necessary. We, the buyers were already putting money in to repairs upon walking in which we had agreed to, and the Seller was revoking their word on another prior agreement of Escrow amount for Water repairs..... At the end, Our Agent, Amy agreed to bite the bullet and make the deal happen. My Fiance and I are very proud home owners and still in close communication with Amy on all fronts of the complex deal. We highly recommend her to all our Friends and Family and plan to Hire her in the future.
