Experiencia fantástica: We put our house in East Brunswick up for sale in June of 2025, and we listed it with Ofir Hillel as our seller's agent. As a well-built house in the desirable Colonial Oaks neighborhood with four bedrooms and three baths, we figured that it would sell promptly. We were wrong. What we did not know was that it was a time with a soft market. It took longer than we thought. It was a period of great worry and anxiety. However, we are indebted to Ofir for his skill and patience. He kept us informed every step of the way. He answered all of our questions. He always returned our phone calls promptly. In the end, he marketed our house effectively, even in a soft market. We highly recommend him!

Experiencia fantástica: Itamar sold a neighbor’s house in 3 days, so we figured he might be able to do the same for us. Well, he did. He actually beat it by a day in that we had a buyer on the 2nd day and then a higher bid on the 3rd day. He supported our decision to go with a higher price then shown in the market and we ended up getting $10,000 higher. He indicated that we got the highest price for a house like ours in the local market. Itamar was always there when we needed him or had questions. He provided very professional responses at all times and became a friend by the time everything was complete. The open house, inspections, walkthrough and closing all went without any problems. A potentially very difficult process went very smooth. We have no hesitation in recommending Itamar to family, close friends or anyone else in the market to sell or buy a home.

The photographer ( who was very nice, professional, and helpful with staging) took photos and hours later Orange had them on the MLS. The same day I was receiving requests for appointments and my home sold in a week. I was very happy with the sale. Ofir was able to provide various workman referrals that came in much cheaper than others. I saved a great deal and still all the work was licensed and the workers were professional, efficient, and guided me while having to make tough decisions. I felt they were honest. So it was very beneficial to have had Ofir represent me.

Experiencia negativa: Long story short, the realtor we worked with from Orange Key Realty was very unethical. There are many instances to share, but there was a big issue with the house we purchased. We inquired with the realtor from Orange Key about this and he said that the issue didn't exist in the home when it did. We approached the realtor and the seller about this issue and they weren't ready to fix the issue. So we approached our lawyer and only then they fixed the issue and then more. I wouldn't recommend buying a house through Orange Key Realty unless you really like the house.

Experiencia negativa: Orange Key left their "For Sale" signs crushed and littering the condominium grounds and neighboring blocks. Clean up after yourselves and don't trash the neighborhoods of the areas you represent with Orange Key garbage and signage.

Experiencia negativa: Went with Orange key in hopes we could buy our first home with for our family of 5. We were sold the house without a sellers disclosure and now we ended up here (photos below) It was a finished basement that covered up foundation issues and cost us so far 15k in repairs and it’s still not fixed. We even went with Orange Keys trusted inspector in hopes we would be in good hands but unfortunately we are now stuck trying to legally hold someone accountable for the repairs. I wouldn’t trust Orange Key with your first home experience.

Mike helped me sell my house during an extremely stressful time in my life. He was not only always patient, but always optimistic and calming. Mike also recently helped me in the search for a new home. It’s crazy that the owner of a company would want to work with me, essentially a first time home buyer without a huge budget. This whole process was new for me and Mike was always there whenever I had questions. He was always available for a showing even if it was last minute. He was never pushy, or salesy. I’m not going to post the realtors name because I’m not trying to directly hurt anybody however as a company you should do better, don’t waste peoples time with nonsense applications and fake realtor profiles online just to be ignored for weeks. The application asked for my bank account and credit card numbers and didn’t even ask for my social. Super super sketchy stay away from this company

Experiencia fantástica: I have nothing but positive things to say about Michael Matthews and Orange Key Realty. Last summer I spontaneously called Orange Key after seeing Michael's face on the shopping cart at ShopRite. My wife and I were interested in selling our house in Spotswood and needed to do it quickly due to school calendar restrictions. We were historically hesitant to list our home because it seemed like such a daunting task. I scheduled an appointment and Michael came the day or two later and give us feedback about our house. He said he could sell it very quickly. Within the first four days (literally te first weekend!) we had the house sold for a really good price. We realized that we sold the house much quicker than we anticipated and Michael took us to countless tours of new prospective homes an hour west of Spotswood where we ultimately found and entered contract on our dream home. The primary reason we are recommending Michael and his team it's because we've never met anyone in the business world that can keep up with my wife or me. We move really REALLY quickly with things. MICHAEL SETS THR STANDARD FOR EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND TIME MANAGEMENT. Michael talked with us nearly every day throughout the house sale process, yet he never made us feel like we were burdening him. He always made us feel like his only client. He did not even mind that we took our one-year-old and four-year-old with us to most appointments. As a matter of fact he helped entertain our kids while we were able to look at the homes. He's great with kids, great with adults, and and it was a truly stand up guy. While we feel that we bought our dream home and hope to live here for a long time, we will certainly call him if and when we ever need to sell/buy.
