Experiencia negativa: My experience with this brokerage was disappointing and did not meet the level of professionalism I expect in a real estate transaction. When I contacted the broker, Roy Carrano, to discuss my concerns, the call was ended abruptly when he hung up during our conversation. I found this interaction to be unprofessional and inconsistent with the standards of communication expected in this industry. Additionally, I had concerns regarding the level of due diligence performed by Realtor Ashley Colagiacomi. Certain matters that I believe warranted closer attention and follow-through were not addressed to the standard I consider appropriate for a licensed real estate professional. Real estate transactions require clear communication, responsiveness, and careful attention to detail. In my experience, those expectations were not met. I encourage prospective clients to carefully evaluate their representation to ensure it aligns with their expectations for professionalism, diligence, and client service.

Experiencia fantástica: Great brokerage, professional and efficient.
Experiencia negativa: Just had a deal cut from underneath me. Broker associate stated that she woke up to find out her seller had signed a contract but failed to tell my buyers agent that the contract was sold so I wasted my morning going back and forth on a property that was already sold. Terrible communication.
Experiencia fantástica: Nothing but a positive experience working with Premier Brokers International, Make your Move with them, you will be glad you did.

Experiencia fantástica: Ray Carrano is the best Broker in the entire state of Florida! He has made such a positive impact on me! Sending you my best Ray!
Experiencia fantástica: Resourceful brokerage firm, efficient, and trustworthy.
Experiencia negativa: Unethical and unprofessional! I had an agreement with their realtor, InvestwithElaine and it is not being honored by Elaine or the Broker. In fact, the Broker says that my agreement with his realtor is not his business. I am submitting a formal complaint to DBPR. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER! BEWARE!
Aaron you should disclose that you were engaged to my agents daughter, that engagement fell apart and that you were seeking money that was never promised to you. We look forward to defending our good name with DBPR.
Experiencia fantástica: The best broker in South Florida!
Experiencia negativa: Couldn’t leave a voicemail & when got through, mentioned that concern, & was told I should find someone else, & they hung up. Rude , inappropriate & quite shocking. Not to mention very upsetting & unprofessional!
I remember this call Sherri even a year later. Nothing I said would make you happy and you continued to berate me and complain. I respectfully suggested there are other companies you could call if you were not happy with our services. There’s no reason I should have to tolerate verbal abuse because I serve the general public, in fear that I’ll get a bad review. I tried To help and that wasn’t good enough for you. I understand and wish you well!
