We called him and he met with us the same day to show us a house we were interested in and also met us that same night at an open house. We didn't end up buying that property, but Dennis was extremely professional and accommodating. It had to be over 95* out on this extremely hot summer day and it didn't even phase him although all three of of us were sweltering and pretty uncomfortable. After we left, I said that if we were ever going to buy another home and sell our existing home, we were going to work with Dennis. I liked him immediately and he just had that "it" factor. Even though we put our home search on pause for a bit, I would still speak with Dennis occasionally. We started looking at properties last summer in earnest and Dennis was with us every step of the way. We unfortunately got outbid on three different properties due to the tight supply of homes on the market and so many people looking to purchase.
