My experience with Mary Met her buy chance I love the vibe I got from her and got her card and told her I am planning on trying to sell again but not right now. She occasionally checked up and was never was pushy and very CARING! Things happen and I HAD to sell my home ASAP I called her and BAM she was on top of it! She helped with prepping the home, photos and open house, she made phone calls and did everything to get people to come see the house. It was in perfect neighborhood but was considered more of a rehab inside so not so easy to sell. We had a few buyers that fell through because of there financing and many low ball offers that we both laughed at. then she found a investor with a Perfect offer !! Then there was an issue with property line I owned the neighbors back yard. She got on the ball got the neighbor to buy it and re drowned the property lines so I ended up with more $ than expected. Yes it was a big hassle to deal with but she didn't give up and did all the work. Funny thing is she thanked me for the issues she called them a learning experience and she loves learning if it was any other realtor they would of just dropped off when the contract ended! So in a nutshell Mary is amazing!

Especially during the volatile real estate market that the country experienced during the summer of 2021. Selling our home meant doing some major remodeling and complicated logistics as we prepared to put it on the market. Fortunately, we had Mary Vogelpohl to guide us through the process. She not only helped with the paperwork, legalities, and selling process, she also made excellent recommendations of how to get the biggest bang out of our remodeling buck. She brought in an expert on how to stage the house, set us up with a mobile app so we could monitor when the house would be shown, and provide feedback from potential sellers. Mary also provided great advice on how to price our home based on comps in the neighborhood and the features of those homes as they compared to our own. While we were in selling process Mary also looked out for our buying needs. She set up automated MLS searches that delivered results to our inbox of homes that matched our criteria. We received these on almost a daily basis. It really helped us narrow down what was available on the market and where. When we were finally ready to go on the market, Mary handled all the marketing needs such as supplying a photographer, she helped us craft the description of the house for our listing, and published the listing on social media platforms where they would be found. It paid off in a big way. After four days of showing, which included one open house, we received multiple offers. All were above asking price, and ultimately we landed on a seller that met our needs quite nicely. Closing was a breeze. Mary and her team at Junction Title made the process so easy for us. We were able to sign early and everything was well explained as we went through the closing process. And it didn’t stop there. In the end, we decided to move out of state. Mary was able to refer us to another agent, but stayed involved to make sure we received the same level of service as we enjoyed from her. Ultimately we could not have been more satisfied with Mary’s handling of one of the biggest life decisions one can make. At the end of the process it was like she was part of the family!
