My daughter put me in touch with Kurt right away and he worked quickly to book an appointment to see it the same day. So responsive and quick!! He and Gabby toured the place with me and answered my many questions. They also spotted some water stains on the ceilings and suggested we ask the seller about them and make sure the inspector tested them for moisture. While I decided not to buy at this time, I will definitely be reaching back out to Kurt and Gabby again in the near future.

Experiencia negativa: He was the agent for the buyer for the house we sold, while very thorough, he made several “little thing” oversights which caused the transaction to be anything but smooth, someone with his tenure and local familiarity should know that the small things make up the big things, seems Kurt needs to “dial back in” and learn how to evolve with the times. Response: you are accurate only in some of your reply, not all. Not sure how or why it is relevant that you were in the military for x number of years, playing that card makes you no better than someone not in the service….
