I started discussions with Carolyn a few years ago and really just getting my feet wet learning about the process of becoming a home owner. She instructed me about everything that I needed to do in order to be able to afford the kind of home in the kind of area I was looking. It became obvious that I was NOT ready. Fast forward to now, I am almost certain that Carolyn was not expecting a call from me almost 3 years later ha ha ha ha. I came to her ready with a pre-approval to let her know I meant business this time. From there, she went to work! Constant updates of available homes in safe areas, frequent communication during considerate time frames, schedules for viewing of the places that my wife and I wanted to see, you name it! Once we found the home that was meant for us, she gave us some advice about how competitive we needed to be with our offer and I cannot express how right she was.
