As for almost six months we worked together, she was incredible, honest, direct, and always clear about what we needed to do on our end. Her communication was excellent, and she was patient and understanding throughout. Ms. Claudia guided us to get the best price for our property and made sure the buyer didn't take advantage of us. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients and kept us updated every step of the way. Even though parts of the process were overwhelming, she made it feel manageable. We highly recommend her.

Experiencia positiva: Tl;dr Claudia is incredibly hard working and attentive. My main concern was a bit of a mismatch on expectations provided by Claudia with the reality of the market (which I think is fairly normal). Claudia helped me sell a home at the beginning of summer. Expectations were a little high with the comps being DOM for roughly 1-2 weeks. The house ended up being on the market for 2-3 months and well below listing. All throughout this time, Claudia was hard working and attentive, scheduling open houses, notifying me of offers, making suggestions, providing me with vendors to get the house ready, coordinating contractors. The actual sale portion was pretty standard/seamless.
