Experiencia fantástica: My wife & I worked with Nick for the better part of a year & a half. Small, medium, or large, Nick was ALWAYS there for us! Small, such as adjusting our location preferences of where we'd like to consider living. Medium, like telling him, "Hey, we have to pause on looking. Wife's gotta get a new car first." Or large, such as losing out on some offers and even backing out of a sale. I think what stood out to me most was his communication. We were always treated like his top customers, always messaged or called back in a timely manner, and even took initiative to consistently reach out to us first. We began looking in winter of 2024, but Nick stayed patient with us the entire time. He even was able to establish contact with his own lender when we were in-between lenders. That lender was equally great to work with and the two of them were able to put together a very compelling loan package for us. He is just very kind and our family was so pleased to be able to cross the finish line with him!

I contacted Nick on a Saturday not only did he get me started with what I had to do to get my house on the market but he also connected me with an amazing Lender. Not only did I get the house I wanted but my house sold in 3 days with 4 different offers. This was due to the trust I put in Nick to price my house just right to make it competitive and sell quick. Experiencia fantástica: Nick made what is usually a horrible process very easy. We worked with him to purchase a new home and sell our current house, and he made both processes incredibly smooth and quick. He was able to answer any question I had, provided expertise and recommendation in the processes, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy in the new home. He even asked his network for recommendations about plumbers and various contractors when we were beginning to make renovations and fix up our old house to sell.
