By the end of our first conversation, Paula connected me with a lender that offered us a significantly cheaper rate. We told her we were looking in 3 different counties, which was no problem for her—she showed us over 20+ houses, some of them being an hour a part. If she wasn’t available one Sunday, she made sure another agent was. She advocated for us and was always honest. I never got the impression she was hiding the truth or trying to make a quick buck, we genuinely felt she wanted us to be happy. By the end of the deal, it felt like just talking to a a friend. Experiencia negativa: I had found a property that I loved but when I called to inquire about the property I was informed by Paula that it was going under contract that day and that she couldn’t give me any more information about it and she was busy. She was very short and quite rude to be honest. I brushed It off and asked if the contract happened to fall through if she could take down my information and contact me. She said text me it because I am going out of town. I did... it went back up on the market about a week later, did Paula contact me? No. I put a bid through a different agent on the property and ended up losing it to a lower cash offer after waiting all day and having no communication with the seller as far as what was happening. She called my agent and asked us to rewrite the contract at 9:45pm ( very unprofessional). Would I ever work with this woman? No. Would I suggest her to anyone? No.

Experiencia fantástica: When we decided to downsize from 36 acres to “less”, Paula helped us understand what the real estate market was doing and how our property could be listed for most impact. She answered all our questions and guided us through the paperwork process. Because our acreage was unique in size and use options, she suggested having a video from a drone’s-eye-view to showcase the possibilities. Because of that and her ability to list it so attractively, we were pleased to receive a full price offer. Paula helped us navigate the contingencies and closure dates, followed up with the buyer’s realtor to keep things on track which helped enormously when we found the property we wanted to buy. That sale could only move forward when contingencies on our property closed. At one point there were four different property sales which were dependent on the one before it to successfully close. Paula managed to keep all parties informed and updated as needed and brought both our sale and our purchase to satisfactory conclusion. Her expertise and ability to communicate/negotiate made this much less stressful than it might have been. We recommend Paula whenever someone asks if we know a great real estate agent.
