Experiencia negativa: I had a scheduled viewing at 4:00 PM and arrived promptly at 3:58. I was sent a code for the lockbox, but unfortunately, it wasn’t working. I reached out for assistance and was informed that the property manager, Chris, was out of town and was redirected to Greg instead. To my disappointment, Greg was extremely rude and unprofessional. As a property manager myself from New York, I would never treat anyone—potential tenant or otherwise—the way he spoke to me. It was truly disheartening, especially when I was simply trying to gain access as instructed.

I had my lawyer reach out to them because they had NO basis to take possession of my security deposit, so they had released it to me. They raise and raise the rent every year, no upgrades. There is so much I can say but in short.. avoid them at all cost.

No les gusta arreglar no les importa la salud de sus inquilinos cuando arreglan dejan las cosas incompletas llevamos 8 años viviendo así. No hacen inspección nunca han limpiando el aire central está lleno de hongo por eso mi hijo se enfermo de asma está teniendo problemas en la piel por el descuido de no arreglar loque está dañado reportó las cosas y no contestan llevo meses que fui a la oficina a reportar la llave del buzón que se perdió y ellos no han echo nada no me quieren dar la llave del buzón porque ellos me deron sin contrato no puedo recibir cartas porque no tengo la llave!! Cuando uno hace una queja en su página se molestan y quieren que uno borre el comentario! No los recomiendo van a perder su dinero sus hijos se van enfermar por la inrresponsabilidad de ellos solo les importa cobrar el dinero! La estufa está dañada la calefacción está dañada tengo que poner el de emergencias la luz me está llegando super alta por eso la casa no está en condiciones de alquílalr pero ellos no quieren cambiar loque está dañado que se ve claramente en las fotos en las condiciones que nos tienen viviendo y ellos lo saben hace tiempo hay cosas dañadas desde el huracán Irma el poste de la casa se está callendo también lo saben no hacen nada simplemente no pongan su familia en manos de unos inrresponsables que no les importa más nada solo el dinero

Esta publicación es para el realtor Chris que es un inrresponsable que no contesta los msj que no resuelve rápido las cosas que se dañan en la casa llevo meses esperando que arreglen el aire ya que los conductos están rotos el bill de luz está llegando bien alto el aire no enfría bien dan las 11 de la noche y el aire a 80 grados le es cristo tanto a Chris como a su secretaria Rebeca y ninguna contesta llamo a la oficina y no contestan la casa por dentro no han puesto el diswasher no an terminado las cosas que faltan tanto los realtor como los que trabajan son unos inrresponsable hace un tiempo puse una reseña y llamaron amenazando y les dije que si volvía a escribir otra que esta vez no lo borraría porque ya se han pasado demaciado con nosotros! Siempre pagamos la renta bien para que ellos no arreglen las cosas que se dañan y se rompen! Me canse de esperar su respuesta estoy segura que desps de esto me van a llamar pero no me importa esta vez no voy a borrar nada!! Experiencia fantástica: I have been a tenant with Greater Orlando Realty USA for 10 years now and I have to say that without DeeDee Burnette, this experience would not be the same. She goes above and beyond the needs of her tenants. I can text her and email her with issues and problems in the house and she immediately responds and has answers. Our AC recently went out and within an hour she had someone come out, take a look and fix the issue. I’ve texted with her outside her office hours and she always, always responds with positive attitudes and quick responses. I have family members in property management and I would recommend DeeDee over any of them. I have been the angry tenant and have had attitudes with DeeDee and never once has she returned the attitude. She is a true professional and 100% deserves a raise. She is the absolute perfect liaison between owners and tenants. That business is not easy and she makes extremely simple for the tenants. Me and family can’t thank you enough DeeDee!

Experiencia negativa: AC brakes down and they say the soonest they can get someone to look at it, is Monday from a Saturday. Meanwhile it's 92 degrees. Worst service ever. It's been a week and nothing has been done to fix the AC when it randomly turns off for no apparent reason. The technician came 4 days later said there was nothing wrong however as soon as the issue happens again AnnMarie Lepp thinks the best way to get it this resolved is to start going back and forth on email saying I would be responsible for the cost if they couldn't find anything wrong. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any kind of situation. I would highly advise not to engage in any type of business activity with this company.

Experiencia fantástica: GO Realty acted as brokers when I bought my rental property some years ago, and also manage it for me. Their service has been great from start to finish. They successfully negotiated the purchase price of the property and then found tenants for it. Each of the tenants that they found kept the property in good shape, paid promptly and stayed for several years. Through subcontractors, GO Realty provided maintenance and repairs promptly and at reasonable rates. To sum up: Greg, DeeDee and the others do a really excellent job.

Experiencia negativa: Not very professional when it counts. No follow through with repairs or paying contractors. They like to speak unkindly about their tenants amongst one another. Even in the midst of a pandemic they increase their rental rates. I would not recommend doing business with them on either side. Your home will not be taken care of by this management company and neither will the people in it.

The single family home we are renting has been well maintained and the small maintenance issues we have had, they have quickly responded to. We hope we will be long-term renters with this company! 4/5 stars, for now, let you know how our lease goes!

DeeDee has been so wonderful, kind, and responsive that even when something comes up that is a burden, she is so pleasant to work with that my worries are quickly diminished. For instance, my a/c went out on a 4th of July weekend a few years ago and I panicked knowing the office would be closed, but DeeDee responded to my urgent email right away and sent someone out to fix my a/c in no time. I barely had time to break a sweat before she was on the case. Every step of the way she has made renting seamless, simple, and truly enjoyable. I cannot recommend Greater Orlando Realty enough!

Experiencia negativa: Rented a property through Greater Orlando Realty and signed the lease in the summer of 2020. We saw the unit once for about 20 minutes. Once we received the keys and arrived the unit was absolutely filthy. Annemarie Lepp states that it was in as-is condition and had been professionally cleaned. However, there was mold and mildew throughout the unit. We waited two days to have the entire unit properly cleaned to livable standards. We notated many items on our move-in checklist and it was “added to our file”. Upon leaving the unit to live across the country we have been docked from our security deposit for the items that were not there in the first place. Do not rent with them at all costs. They are glorified slumlords and you will be constantly stressed having to deal with this company.

Experiencia negativa: Found a home in the perfect neighborhood - 4br/3b with pool Dec. 2019. GOR, USA listed it at $1,800/mth. I paid the application fees and immediately applied. During the approval process, I received a phone call stating that the "owner" now wants the price increased by $150 to $1,950/mth. First RED flag! House wasn't in bad condition, but definitely not rental ready. Several light bulbs were burnt out, some missing. Other items were worn, damaged, missing or not even functional. We completed the move in checklist and submitted it with pictures. Asked to have some t hings removed and repaired...took several weeks. Second RED flag! Wanting to do everything by the lease we asked about a pet, which took several weeks before obtaining a response. Third RED flag! The office staff was ok, but our rep Richard gave excuse after excuse for not responding to e-mails or phone calls in a timely manner. Very unprofessional, and makes it apparent that this is not his area of expertise. By February, the owner of the house was wanting to sell it out from underneath our lease agreement. Monthly solicitation calls from him caused us to find a new home 9 months into our 12 month lease. We moved out by the end of August and I had the home professionally cleaned. While we were there we treated the home like ours, replaced all of the burnt bulbs, maintained all items and even paid over $200 to fix the pool heater. In the end, we returned the keys but heard nothing from GOR, USA for several weeks. No surprise there! I sent an e-mail and the response was another excuse and more delays. I finally received a paper stating that they were placing claims against our $2,000 security deposit. They gave me 15 days to respond. I wrote a letter that same day and included the move in punch list and photos. Several days later....no response, just a check for the deposit minus the claims. No phone call...nothing. I have had three homes that I rented out and the management companies were all much more professional with the clients than Greater Orlando Realty USA. This is the worst property management company to deal with. if you find a house and they are managing it...run away! Don't just take my word for it, there are several reviews on here that are one star and have similar stories. This is not a pattern, this is the way they do business. I wish I had read the reviews before renting. Save yourself the frustration - they have a 3.6 rating for a reason.

Experiencia negativa: Do not recommend! Contacted Greater Orlando Realty to view a rental home and paid $140 for myself and fiance for application fee. They told us they rec'd and would get back to us based on owners answer after we viewed the home. We then were denied for a unspecified 'background check" but yet they were missing my fiances (who is a police officer) rental and employer verification. They failed to process the app according to their rules on the rental application. Will be letting Better Business Bureau aware, seems to be a scam to take the application fee and run as the application was denied due to a 'background check" without even having all the proper information to process both of our applications. Contacted Natalie, a secretary with the "McMahon Home Team" the office and never rec'd a reply back to any specifics on why we were denied. Beware !

Experiencia negativa: We rented a property from them in 2018 and were not pleased at all. They were terrible at communicating in a timely manner. Every time we would call to speak to our direct contact there, she was “unavailable”. However when we called immediately back and asked to speak to her supervisor, she all of a sudden was available. It became the only way that we could actually communicate with the office. Ex/ there was a small water dripping sound that I immediately reported to them and it ended up taking them about 2 months to get the problem fixed and by that time I had a hole in the ceiling above my bed and had to leave a bucket out in case it rained. Oh and the landlord (who is supposed to be “hands off”) ended up sending his own guy to our house, unannounced, and Greater Orlando Realty did know about it until after I called them because the man seemed sketchy. Save yourself a bit of hassle and look elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: I can't begin to explain the amount of frustration i encounterd living in a rental property from this company for the last 2yrs. No once was a claim timely fixed. I went without hot water for 2 weeks, no ac for a week, my toilet was flooring non stop for a week. I was ona lake but unable to use it because the company ignored numerous attempts of mine that it needed to be fixed. I wouldn't want my worst enemy to have to deal with company or my agent. Ill wait till after i get my security deposit back before i name drop. Please do not use this company. , ,
