Legacy Property Management

Experiencia negativa: Shouldn't even leave a star, but that's the only way you can make a review. So let me start with that. When you move out , they pretty much take your hold deposit but before you do , they put the rent cheap, , then they jack it up once you move out, they want you to pay the remaining of the rent that they jacked up.They promise to fix things that they don't.Well , I should say the only thing they did fix was a dishwasher microwave been broken.Six years screens on the back porch been tore up for5 years i've replaced both toilet seats. Never got my money. I cleaned when I first moved in. They never paid me. I replaced both pipes in both bathrooms. They never repaid me due to doors, not being properly fixed or redone insects have came in and bugs. And ruin a lot of my things, I had to throw away especially a table that I had over 27 years. They promised I would have 3 months of insect spray, first moved in. Never got that. All they really want is for you to fix problems in the home with your money, and all they care about is collecting the rent. Poor management all the way around, even though they're probably getting paid to keep the properties up.But don't know where that money went to cause they're not doing it even a move out, they still had me use my of my deposit to pay for their mistakes. But at least they're fixing somewhat of the house, there was a gentleman that pulled up in a car went inside, ran back out, took his shirt off, and his hat threw it on the ground because the roaches good luck to the next people.Hopefully they'll treat you better

Experiencia fantástica: Legacy Property Management in Orlando is a pleasure to deal with. Their communication is prompt, clear, and professional every step of the way. The whole process was smooth and straightforward - nothing falls through the cracks with this team. If you’re looking for a reliable property management company in the Orlando area, Legacy is the real deal. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had a great experience working with Legacy. They handled a recent tenant turnover with exceptional efficiency coordinating the move-out, cleaning, and getting the home ready all in the SAME DAY. The property was leased and a new tenant moved in the very next day, ZERO vacancy. The team was responsive, organized, and proactive throughout. Their ability to market while occupied and execute such a seamless transition shows real experience. Highly recommend for strong results and hands-on service.

Experiencia fantástica: They were very helpful in helping our family find the perfect home and made the process as convenient as possible. Communication was flawless. Wonderful company to work with!

Experiencia fantástica: I found Alia and team while I was researching property management companies because my current property manager was just awful in many ways. I actually spoke to three people before I hopped on the phone with Alia and she immediately put me at ease. While we were prepping the contract, my old property managers abandoned my home, knowing that I am often abroad and would need to scramble to get assistance. Thank GOD for Alia and team because she hopped in immediately and worked overtime getting things in place for an immediate, less than 24-hr turnaround. I am super confident I will be staying with Legacy for a LONG time!

Experiencia fantástica: I had the absolute pleasure of working with Alia Chatoo for my rental placement, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! From the very beginning, she was professional, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. She made what is often a stressful process feel seamless and stress-free. Alia went above and beyond to understand my needs and preferences, presenting me with options that perfectly matched what I was looking for. She was always responsive and patient, taking the time to answer every question and explain every detail clearly. Her organization, efficiency, and eye for detail made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. What stood out the most was her genuine care—Alia truly looks out for her clients, ensuring not just that they find a place, but that they find the right place. Thanks to her dedication and expertise, I found a rental that exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and an absolute joy to work with, Alia Chatoo is the one you want by your side!
