Negative experience: This company is thieves in plain sight. They recently took over property management over the building i live in and did not notify the tenants that they would be paying the water. I pay all my utilities on time and they took it upon themselves to pay the water company without notifying me when I had already paid the water company to which i have receipts and is verified with the water company themselves. Now Brittany Lane and Emily who specifically handle my unit have put a charge on my account in the disguise of a rent charge making it look like i made only a partial payment to my rent. All my rent and utilities have always been paid on time with receipts for confirmation and when i called and emailed multiple times i was ignored for a week and then when i finally did get ahold of one of them, it was through a text message sent by them for an alert that they would be giving out eviction notices for "unpaid rent" We held a whole conversation in that text.They still refused to take the charge off of my account and now they owe me that money.

Negative experience: Sue Piersall Hanes is the most underhanded person I've ever met. This office has some very good realtors and I would have given them 4 or 5 stars, but if Berkshire employs someone like Sue they deserve only 1 star.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience using Joni Schumann. First of all she's was very unprofessional and disrespectful. She also needs to learn to explain things clearly to her clients and fight for them. Only thing she does is show you houses, after that we were pretty much on our own. I will NOT use her services ever again.

Positive experience: Could have used better communication. I’m not a real estate expert, this was the first house I’ve ever sold. It felt like a “just sign here” situation. Then when I question something it felt like the explanation was a “everybody knows that” kind of response. Not a fan and really wouldn’t refer anyone I knew...

Fantastic experience: Peter Davies is a listener who understands exactly what is wanted is buying and selling property as well a downsizing for seniors. He does excellent work in all areas. He offers ways to downsize, get rid of things, and has knowledge of excellent contractors. He comes highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Melanie helped me buy my first home 2016 and helped me sell home 2020. Recently helped me buy second home and answered questions quickly. Melanie also knows prices during market changes. She did live video home showings when I was out of town. I would recommend Melanie for your home purchase or sell.

Pam held an open house the day after my property was listed. We received an over the asking price bid before the open house was over. Pam is a dedicated professional realtor, complete in every detail.

Fantastic experience: Marsha Osman was the Realtor my husband and I chose from Berkshire-Hathaway Realty. Marsha is a top notch realtor who goes the distance for her clients to make them happy and at ease in selling their home and purchasing another. She truly cares about the people she is working with. She will ease you into the buying/selling market which can be very daunting to anyone who has not had much experience with it. If you want a realtor with lots of experience who can handle anything you give her... Marsha is your girl.

She was very helpful and insightful about finding us a home.She was terrible about correspondence and e mails and phone calls. Use Sue to find your dream home,but don't rely on her to respond quickly, use her assistant Joni for that.Great team

Fantastic experience: Terri DAndrea was our agent. There were some issues with the buyers loan officer and the closing agent, none of which were Terri's fault. Terri kept on top of the problems and kept us informed every step of the way. Terri was very responsive to phone calls and worked around our travel agenda. My husband and I both felt that Terri went above expectations. We asked Terri to handle our sale, after she sold my sister's (Nancy Perdue) house in June 2016.
