Fantastic experience: Mike Meyer is phenomenal! A true real estate agent concierge!! I couldn’t have had a better agent than him and at no time was I ever stressed or concerned. I had moved to another state, so he shouldered everything! My home was deemed to be more sellable than 90% of other homes…I had 2 offers after just 7 days on the market! He had a wall put back up to bring the large bedroom back to the original two- bedroom configuration. He also had all the walls repainted, rooms re-carpeted, house deep-cleaned, property tidied up, outdoor lights installed, driveway sealed and he even dealt with unforeseen plumbing, electrical and fireplace repairs. He was very financially judicious with his recommendations on what was required to sell my home. Hire him and be amazed with his professionalism and his get it done to get it sold tenacity!!

God's plan, not mine. I was insanely overwhelmed with interviewing realtors and was ready to give up. Fantastic experience: This was the third property we sold/bought with David. Through all transactions he has been very thorough when creating contracts. He fought very hard to negotiate through inspections to our best interest. He provided great suggestions so our home was sale ready but we didn't spend unnecessary money.

Negative experience: We called Irongate about viewing a home and were told we could not see a house without a pre-approval. We told the realtor we would be paying cash for the home, so we do not have need of a pre-approval and were then told that did not matter. Extremely unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: The first time I purchased a house, I met with several realtors. Then I met Bob Leonard, and he went over and beyond with communication, knowledge, and truly caring for me. I sold my house that Bob represented me previously for, and he was my first call to purchase my second home. Bob was out of state, and with the market an offer needed to be made immediately. Bob connected me with a coworker to get an offer submitted and was in communications with me the whole time he was out of state regarding the offer while he was on vacation. Once he returned, he as usual, went way over and beyond of what you would expect from a realtor. I would recommend Bob to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a home.
