She met with us the morning after we contacted her about selling our home, and told us that we were family. We literally felt like her only clients. She took the time to understand all of our priorities and concerns. She communicated clearly and directly everything we would need to do in order to list our home. We sold our home in 6 hours after it listed! She is honest and hard-working and her professionalism has built trust within the community of contractors, plumbers, electricians, home inspectors, you name it, she knows a person to meet your need. When buying a home, she will make herself available to view homes, she will act quickly and respond to you at all hours to ensure your questions are answered personally by her. She will also not allow you to settle in your home search, she genuinely wants you to find your dream home and she will keep working until you find it. We personally considered settling on a home that was not what we said we wanted and because she cared more about us than a commission, she challenged us about it being THE home and she was right. A week later, we found the home we wanted, not a home we would settled for. When you find your dream home, she will again ask all the right questions, professionally engage with home owners/realtors and walk you through the closing process. She is thoughtful and intentional and you will be forever grateful for her expertise!

Fantastic experience: Where do I even start about my experience with Jennifer?! Goodness! My husband and I officially began our search for our forever home in 2016. We had attempted in 2013, but the timing wasn't right which, now looking back on it, was all for an AMAZING reason! We had expressed to Jennifer an idea of what we were looking for. Every time we went and looked at homes of interest, we would mention certain things we liked or didn't like. She listened to every thing we said. I'll never forget the day Jennifer helped us find our (now) home! It was as if she had taken all of the things we said we liked and didn't like, took time to explore what was available, and then presented us with the options like she just knew us. When she says treating customers like family, that is EXACTLY how she thought of me and my husband. Fantastic experience: Stop your research, you found the good one!!! In January 2021 I approached Jennifer with interest in buying my first house. In March we started the "true search" and put an offer on the 3rd house my fiance and I looked at. With her guidance we are now almost a month into living at our new place. Jennifer Durbin is what you want out of a realtor. She is professional and personal. She is the nicest lady ever and she made sure not to back down during negotiations. She's made a scary process (especially in 2021) nothing like what most first time homebuyers are dealing with. I will be using her for my second and third home. I hope you do too!
