Fantastic experience: Recently purchased a house where Chad was the seller's agent. One stipulation of the purchase was a shower floor being repaired. Well, the shower ended up not being repaired correctly. Chad worked with us for longer than either of us thought it would take to make sure the shower ended up getting repaired correctly. He was very professional and quick to communicate. I could not be more pleased with how he stuck with us to make sure our shower got repaired. Thanks, Chad!
