Negative experience: I had already narrowed down to a few communities and builders. Sonsire was helpful in showing me the main communities that I had picked and a few more in 3-4 hours. Horrible experience with understanding of all the closting costs upfront. The agent failed to notify me of almost $12000 closting costs that normally come out of the seller's side. it being a brand new home, these were all dumped on me as a buyer. The agent did not share any of that upfront and was mostly concerned abou ther commission. As a new construction expert, she should have highlighted the sellers expenses that I will end up paying as much as she was highlighting the closing cost assistance if I were to go with the builders mortgage company. Update: I appreciate the help you gave me throughout the process—especially with the rental and staying involved during construction. I don’t take that lightly. That said, I was surprised and frustrated by nearly $15,000 in unexpected closing costs, especially being charged seller-side expenses. This is my 10th home purchase in the last 36 years, and I’ve never encountered that in a typical resale—or had it not clearly laid out up front. Just as you flagged the lender discount as a reason to go with their mortgage company, I believe the full scope of closing costs should’ve been just as clearly communicated. That would’ve helped set expectations and avoid this situation. I’m not trying to discredit your efforts—I just needed to be transparent about where I’m coming from. I’m still hopeful we can move forward respectfully as neighbors. Best, Barry

June 2024- Finally met Sonsire Gonzalez in person and she was as nice and knowledgeable as she appears in her videos! Fantastic experience: My husband and I were lucky enough to come across Sonsire through her YouTube videos. She seemed very passionate about the Port St. Lucie community and we were looking for a realtor that new the area well for our home purchase. House hunting during a pandemic was not easy but Sonsire was ON TOP OF EVERYTHING. She was super responsive and always made our family feel like a priority.
