Fantastic experience: I just moved into the community and Kim has been a God send…. Moving is stressful and there are so many different things either you don’t think about or that come up. Kim was a pleasure to deal with, always pleasant and knowledgeable and fast to respond. She really helped me out. Thank you again Kim….

Negative experience: We are actively watching, daily, the worst property management company ever destroy a perfectly good community. A few years back they were amazing when Holly was running the community. Then Silvia came in and Betsy was her assistant and Silvia was terrible. Betsy was her lazy assistant. Fast forward to Dawn taking over for Silvia. A solid replacement. Sadly the same lazy assistant who never conveyed messages or got anything done. Fast forward another year to Dawn leaving and of course, they move the terrible assistant, Betsy, into that spot. It's been almost a year and the neighborhood is a disaster. Zero oversight of the vendors and no one really sure what Betsy does. She doesn't return emails, she doesn't take walk ins. She does, nothing. Think twice before considering First Service Residential for your property.

I am happy to say that the new manager Rashad has been a breath of fresh air to the community. He possesses the innate ability to problem solve and trouble issues as they arrive. The receptionist was on vacation, but Kiana—who actually works for another association—still took the time to try to help me. Shortly after, Franchesca came in and immediately stepped in. She reviewed my account, helped process my payment, and followed up to have the fees waived. I even forgot my phone at the office, and they made sure it was safely kept until I returned—by then, everything had already been resolved. They truly went above and beyond. As an elderly woman who lives alone, it meant a lot to be treated with patience, kindness, and genuine care. I felt seen and supported, and I’m very grateful for the help I received.

Fantastic experience: My community is managed by First Service Residential and I can state that I have had no issues with the staff who manage the property of Brystol at Wylder South in Port St. Lucie. The manager, Jasseny Wells has handled all my questions and requests in a timely manner. I have lived in other managed communities and I can honestly state that my past experiences were not as good as what I am experiencing now. HOA managed properties may not be for everyone, but in many instances, they help keep the properties healthy so that homes that go on the market can be sold in a timely manner. I prefer the rules that are in place to keep all homes looking tidy so that I can take pride in my community. No one wants to live in a community that allows homeowners to keep thrash on their properties or build add-ons that do not add value. Mrs. Wells is respectful and is open to requests for the random needs of the families who live in this community. This community has over 400 homes and I definitely understand that all requests cannot be resolved in one day or sometimes even one week. Patience is needed in order to get issues and complaints resolved for every family's needs.

He was great to work with and will be an asset to any community that he manages.

Fantastic experience: The Lakes PSL property manager, Ingrid, was vert helpful in solving my irrigation issue yesterday. I messaged her in the morning that I needed help getting water to a tree in my backyard in order to save it. I wasn't sure how I would go about-work order, landscape, ACC or contact irrigation directly. Within hours she had put in a work order and I was talking to Donnie on our irrigation staff before noon in my backyard. Thanks to your quick response Ingrid, Donnie had a solution and my tree will begin to get watered during our normal irrigation schedule!

Fantastic experience: Since Aneisa Cooper joined The Club, it truly feels like home again. We recently had a movie night, and the clubhouse was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Her communication with residents is outstanding, and she creates a warm, welcoming environment for everyone. FirstService has always provided us with excellent managers, and Aneisa is no exception.
