Fantastic experience: I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Danny. After having such a disappointing experience with a previous realtor, working with him was truly a night-and-day difference. Before finding him, my home had been listed for approximately 3.5 months with another realtor, and during that entire time, I had fewer than 10 showings. Communication was extremely poor—there were times when my calls and text messages would go unanswered for several days. At one point, an offer had been made on my home, and I did not hear from my realtor for over a week afterward. I finally had to reach out myself just to find out what was happening. I also never received feedback from a single showing, and even the listing description for my home felt rushed and generic, with the exact same sentence accidentally repeated twice. After that experience, I knew I needed someone who would actually communicate, pay attention to the details, and genuinely care about getting my home sold.
