Fantastic experience: Dawn Diaz is friendly and professional. She responded promptly to my inquiries and gave a comprehensive overview of the property, including many details I wouldn't have thought to ask. Even on a very hot day, she didn't hesitate to spend time showing me all outdoor and indoor common areas. I highly recommend her and am confident she is consistently helpful and kind to prospective tenants, residents, and property staff.

Fantastic experience: Since Kelli from Bonita Court has taken over moving from my old unit into my new unit has been easy she fought extremely hard to help me move into a larger unit for me and my daughter and every request I place she ensures ASAP it is taken care of for me.

Fantastic experience: I have been living at Vista Bonita Apartments now for over 10 years. My experience here has been very rewarding in many ways. Prior to our new management company (Jensen Properties) and our new manager (Dawn Diaz) the property was well kept without improvements with the exception of exterior painting. The new manager of our complex has in a very short period made considerable external improvements to the property which includes a brand new pool, and new pool furnishings. Most recently two new grills were added to the pool area and a Jacuzzi is in the process of being built. How does it get any better than that? Well, Dawn asked what additional things we would like to see and increased lighting for safety has been added throughout the complex and one additional washing machine and dryer in our laundry facility. Additionally when we were still in our severe drought situation all grass was removed and a friendlier eco-environment was put in place. And for safety concerns the bushes near our patios are kept at heights that allow full visibility. Dawn continues to strive to maintain an excellent community and seeks to build community by hosting parties at the clubhouse and pool area. She listens to your concerns and takes down ideas we bring to her that will improve our quality of life. After she learns of a personal situation she remembers and asks how that is going. Now the best part for me is having upgrades and improvements in my own unit while I continue to rent here. Usually upgrades don’t occur while you occupy a unit and rent does increase. When I asked Dawn about some upgrades she heard my requests and took immediate action. Where we live counts – yes the exterior is important yet well-being and esteem also comes from having your interior design and quality of living supported as well. Upgraded plumbing for all sinks and the tub, new nickel finish faucets for the vanity area and kitchen and refinished counter tops are wonderful enhancements. I have made some other requests that if I know Dawn, and if it is possible she will act on it. She can be seen out and about checking on the progress of projects, making sure the property is well kept and always offering a friendly hello. About the complex itself the only negative for me is no external storage, outside of that, it is a lovely place to live with great views of the community golf course, easy walking to the library, shopping, restaurants, and coffee and sometimes it is so quiet you can hear your heart beat. If you are looking for a small community with friendly people and a manager who cares, this is it.

What stands out most is how she treats everyone with kindness and respect — whether you’re a new resident or a long-term tenant. She makes living here a great experience.

I have only had a few maintenance issues through the years and she has arranged to have them fixed immediately. She organizes holiday parties for the residents and goes the extra mile for all of us 365/24/7.

However, Dawn called 3 sister apartments in San Diego to see if they had units available and gave me all the information so I could follow up with them. The management team is fantastic, Dawn the manager of Vista Bonita is attentive and a pleasure to work with. Jensen Properties continually demonstrates on how they value their tenants. They have remodeled the units, redone the pool area, and have added a Jacuzzi. The area is very tranquil and enjoyable. Fantastic experience: I'm going on a little over a month of living here. The views from the balconies are beautiful. Location is spot on. You can walk out your door & take a bus if need be. Take a walk on the beautiful golf course , that's directly behind us. Walk to shopping, everything you need is right here. Dawn (The Manager) has walked me through every step. What I figured out in my short period of time being here, is that Dawn is immediately there for us (The Tenants) no matter how big or small the issue or concern is. Very helpful manager.

The maintenance department is outstanding. They were very prompt at fixing the few various things in our unit. Over-all, I have enjoyed living here for almost one year. Negative experience: V,v,v,bad no heater,hair dryer,clothes dryer,dstv isnt work,drainer problem,v.expensive without any service,no house keeping,no swiming pool,no free laundry ,keeping an eye on electric meter most of tge time in very same price will get hotel with breakfast ,noisy because of construction,total waste of money and all the units are like haunted as at night funny things happen.....
