Fantastic experience: Paige worked her tail off for us. We were relocating from Kansas to Texas. At first we wanted to buy, then we changed our minds to renting, then back buying. Paige was always with us every step of the way and was very understanding. She went to multiple houses, sent videos and pictures of the homes and areas. It felt like we were there when we weren’t able to be. Our #1 house was under contract but she looked into it for us. With negotiations, patience and a lot of hard work, we were able to get our dream home. I would 1000% recommend Paige to any home buyer/renter in the Dallas market.

We met to discuss my budget and what I was looking for, and by the next day he had lined up a few homes to look at. He was always available to look at houses I was interested, and did his research on those homes to answer any questions I might have while touring. Throughout the process, he was always on the lookout for me, often going and looking into homes on my behalf while I was busy. When I found my home, he did a great job walking me through the offer/counter-offer negotiations, and helped me get great value out of my home in a time where everybody seemed to be paying $20-$40k over ask.
