Fantastic experience: I cannot sing enough praises for Tom throughout the processes of both selling our home of 34 years and buying our new home to start our next chapter. His level of professionalism, kindness, respect, accessibility and patience with my many questions went above and beyond. Same goes for his assistant, Rebecca.

Fantastic experience: had such a great experience working with Tom Bolduc. From the start, he was super easy to talk to and just made the whole process feel way less overwhelming. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, but Tommy really knows what he’s doing and you can tell he’s done this a lot. He’s got years of experience and a ton of successful deals under his belt, so I always felt like I was in good hands. What stood out the most to me was how responsive and on top of everything he was. Fantastic experience: Tom and his team were quick to get us into our new home. He had contacts for any issues found during our walkthrough. Communicated from 7am to 10pm, regardless of weekday or weekend. When problems cropped up after sale, he advocated on our behalf and saved us $1,300 in electrical work. Also, ask him about his magic tricks.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience is an understatement. I needed to move from California to New Hampshire. Tom worked with me for about four months until he found my perfect home for me. Fantastic experience: I know most people look into getting their dream home first time go, but let's be realistic during the surge of rising prices it was really hard even more so when you don't have a huge budget. My wife and I were looking at a few homes and we saw one that was great for us. First house we looked at, and we put an offer on, we locked into a contract. If your curious about any potential home improvements, he knows exactly where to go and who to talk to. Any realtor can help you negotiate a price for a house, but Tom is the only realtor that will also help you move in, fix some things, and truly be there with you every step of the way.

Fantastic experience: We were first time homebuyers that decided to purchase a new build, which can be an overwhelming endeavor. Tommy was extremely knowledgeable and responsive throughout the entire process! From knowing building codes, to the benefits/cons of types of products, and getting all the details correct with the selling agent. And there was a LOT of advocacy needed with the selling agent because details kept getting recorded wrong on their end, so it became a taxing process due to that. Tommy was there every step of the way, easily accessible and swift to address any concern. If we hadn’t had him on our team, I am unsure if we would have made it to the finish line. We love our house—it is our forever home and Tommy was a big part of that. Highly recommend!
