Fantastic experience: Choosing Georgia as our realtor was a simple decision. I’ve known her for years and knew I could trust her to get things done. We had certain criteria in our search that we were unwilling to waiver on. But Georgia respected that and continued to search for our perfect home. Then we found the perfect house that checked all of our boxes. We showed up at the open house with cars lined up and down the street. My wife looked at me and asked “Should we even take the time to look at it?” We went through the open house and were sold. The only thing we were worried about was the negotiation. We talked with Georgia and submitted an offer with our terms. Georgia was in constant communication with the listing agent to advocate for us. The sellers reviewed all of the offer and accepted our offer! Ours wasn’t the highest and had our required contingencies that other offers had waived. We were ecstatic our offer was accepted! Closing and financing was incredibly simple. Georgia spoke with our lender and the closing team to address any hiccups before they happened. We are doing a few projects to make the home our own and are already planning a ton of summer festivities. If you want someone to help you and advocate for you in this tough real estate market, then Georgia is the realtor for you!
