1 year ago Fantastic experience: We worked with Mark Lynch to sell a property owned by an estate for which I was the Trustee. As such, it was our responsibility to dispose of the property quickly to settle the estate, but also at the best possible price. Mark devised a marketing and pricing strategy that make the property very attractive to potential buyers. We received multiple offers and he graphed out the pros and cons of each offer, providing advice from his years of experience, but left the final decision to us. He very skillfully worked with buyer's agents to ensure we left nothing on the table. Ultimately we sold the property in about 10 days for above asking to a very happy buyer. What we liked about working with Mark was his sixth sense about how to move the needle without turning off potential buyers. He was very available to us and was always ready with answers as needed. We have a second house to sell, and we will be working with him on that one too. We highly recommend Mark Lynch.

We were very nervous to buy and sell as we’ve never been through this process before with just one consultation he made us feel super comfortable, broke down every step, and how it would work making us feel completely comfortable the entire time. 5 years ago Fantastic experience: Mark was so helpful in our search for our first home. Every question I had Mark got the answers right away, I was having trouble with my lender answering me. I don't know if it was because of Covid? Our credit score was not the issue, nor was obtaining the loan, but my phone calls and emails, sometimes received no answers. Frustration set in, my emotions ran high, and Mark made sure to always answer right away. We were ready to just keep renting. Mark was so helpful and patient. 5 years ago Fantastic experience: Mark is the agent for both sides of a transaction (condo) I'm working on with him...I'm the lender for the buyer. We're only a couple weeks in and he's gone above and beyond to track down the information about the condo I need. And this was all in the first couple days of the offer being accepted. All business transactions, especially real estate transactions have multiple moving parts that the average person doesn't know about. Communication and teamwork are essential for a smooth transaction and Mark certainly understands this!
