Negative experience: I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Priscilla when I was booked to open a property she was selling. I gave her the courtesy of explaining the charge to her and though she complains that it was a "long explanation" most people appreciate a detailed answer as to why they are being charged what they're charged. It was at this point where she started to be very demeaning and uncooperative (like as if she's the only with experience - no ma'am, I too have experience that is why the lockout didn't take too long!) You had every option to decline service but instead you write a nasty review in retaliation. Very unprofessional and just flat out rude. Not sure why there are so many good reviews about her when she is just an unpleasant, unprofessional person.

Fantastic experience: Ramiro was able to help me in all of the questions I had, we are currently trying to get pre-qualified to buy a house. I will definitely be reaching out to Ramiro, since he was kind enough to get me in touch with a lender. Very professional!
