Fantastic experience: We loved this house right on the beach. It’s modern & clean. There were 22 of us in our group and we all fit comfortably. The hostess Shauntelle was fantastic to work with. She called a few days before we checked in to explain what to expect when we arrived, and that helped everything go smoothly. The house is within a short walking distance to the Balboa island ferry and has lots of great eating options close by.

Fantastic experience: Great location, close to the fun zone and balboa pier. Owner was really easy to work with. Plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas. House was clean. We enjoyed going to Cruisers for dinner and Lombardy’s for lunch. Shauntelle was very easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. My family had a wonderful stay!

Fantastic experience: Rented a house for a birthday weekend in Newport and the Shauntelle was awesome. I asked if we could check out a little later given the late night we had for the birthday girl, and not only did they let us check out 3 hours after the time posted, but they also let us check in 3 hours early so we could enjoy the beach. We also had a lot of people staying with us and provided us all the extra bedding and towels for no extra charge. They went above and beyond to make the weekend special and the birthday girl was stoked. Thanks so much!

Fantastic experience: My family and I had an awesome stay at this property. The property was very clean. We were a large group and did not feel crowded. I love that there were 3 bathrooms. The kitchen had lots of great kitchen appliances and tools. There was even a crockpot. Shauntelle was the property manager I worked with. She gave us a VIP experience. Shauntelle was super responsive. Checking in was very easy. The location is great. The beach is a few steps away and near shops and restaurants. We had a great time and would definitely stay at this property again.

Fantastic experience: Shauntelle was the perfect host when we stayed at this property. We loved the spaciousness of the home, and all of the bathrooms that served our party of 16 to a tee. The closeness to the beach was what we were also looking for. There were several restaurants close by as well.

Fantastic experience: We just wrapped up a wonderful week at this property with 12 adults and 12 children. We rarely find a place that can accommodate all of us, and this felt so roomy – especially beneficial were the six bathrooms! I can’t say enough good things about Shauntelle. She went out of her way to take care of us, providing some extra amenities that would have been difficult for us to haul in our vehicles. She communicated with us leading up to our stay, and the virtual walk through upon arrival worked out great. The location is wonderful, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and walking/biking on the boardwalk. We were able to park 3 vehicles at the property, with a fourth nearby on Balboa Blvd. I highly recommend this property for your beach vacation – we had an absolute blast here!

Fantastic experience: This place was great for our family birthday celebration. We had 12 people and so much space for everyone. Shauntelle is great with communication and giving you the VIP service. I appreciate that as a small business owner myself. Place is so roomy, large bedrooms, six bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen if you like to cook, super clean, great location and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Parking right in front and you can walk to the ferry, shops and restaurants. We will be back, Shauntelle, and look forward to our next visit. You made the experience easy and the place exceeded our expectations. So glad we found this great beach house.

Fantastic experience: We celebrated our daughter’s 30th birthday and the vacation rental was perfect for us. Very nice, clean and in a great location right on the beach near everything. Very roomy with plenty of sleeping and lounge space. Breathtaking and stunning views of the beach and sunset right from the patio. Shauntelle is a very professional and personable host that made herself available to us 24 hours and responded immediately when we needed assistance or had questions. She provides the personal touch, which is a lost art these days. She is like a good friend working for you as a VIP concierge planning the best vacation and we definitely felt we were well taken care of. I put my trust in her for our Special Occasion, hoping she would act in my best interest, and she totally delivered which was very important to me and our entire vacation experience. Fantastic experience: Fantastic location! Shauntelle was very attentive and made sure our experience was 5 stars! Loved the house. We had 26 people on both floors and felt like we could find places for everyone to eat and sleep comfortably. The bathrooms were nice and clean. Parking was simple for our five vehicles with the adjacent Pier Lot. All of us have said we would stay here again! Great location with easy beach access and walking to food and shops!

Fantastic experience: The property is fabulous. Big enough to comfortably fit our large family of 21. Shauntelle is great and made sure to give us VIP treatment. She took care of all our needs. Having 2 kitchens was a great bonus. 6 bathrooms was amazing. We went to Disneyland 2 days and the other 6 days we were boogie boarding at the beach. The waves were perfect. Volleyball nets are close by. A few egos were bruised when the gals beat the guys. The 5th Ave Bagelry and doughnuts had amazing omelets. We had wonderful meals at Balboa Lilys and New Port Landing.

The location truly doesn’t get better — right on the boardwalk with breathtaking panoramic views of Catalina sunsets, and just a short stroll to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, the pier, park, and beach fire pits. The home has been beautifully updated and feels both spacious and comfortable. Each of the three bedrooms features a king-size bed — a rare and much-appreciated touch that made our stay exceptionally comfortable. The bathrooms are elegant and well appointed, and the layout easily accommodates families, with additional sleeping options for children. The kitchen is fully stocked and turnkey, making it easy to cook and entertain if you choose to dine in. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to provide a seamless, VIP experience. Shauntelle was wonderful to work with — responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a perfect stay. Newport Beach is a spectacular destination, and this property is the ideal place to enjoy everything it has to offer. We can’t wait to return!

Fantastic experience: My friends and I had a great time staying here! Shauntelle, our host, did a great job and gave us a VIP treatment. She was very accommodating; working with us to give us check-in and check-out times that worked for our schedule. And the property was furnished with everything we needed! We had all the linens, bedding, and utensils we needed.The property itself is great! There were 11 of us staying there and there was more then enough room there for us all to sleep comfortably! We were there to have a board game retreat and there was more then enough room for us to have multiple games going at once. And right outside is the beach, so when we wanted to take a break from gaming we could just walk outside and relax on the beach.

The ocean view is breathtaking; we loved waking up to the sound of the waves each morning, and the sunsets were absolutely spectacular. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, and pans, making our retreat meals easy and enjoyable. The outdoor patio deck offered a gorgeous view of the Pacific Ocean and was beautifully lit at night. We also appreciated the direct access to parking, the Balboa Pier, volleyball courts, and the firepits—definite highlights for us. We spent much of our free time exploring the charming coffee and souvenir shops, then relaxing on the beach and stargazing by the warmth of a bonfire. Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay, and check‑in was seamless. We truly felt well taken care of from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back. Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic stay at this Newport Beach home while celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday with our family, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Shauntelle was an outstanding beautiful host, kind, responsive, and very accommodating. From the moment we booked through check-in and during our stay, communication was clear and easy. She truly made us feel welcome and provided a level of care that felt thoughtful and personal, creating a VIP experience for our family and friends. The location is excellent. The home faces both the beach and a nearby parking area, with a popular walking path right in front where people bike, scooter, skateboard, and enjoy beach walks. It added to the fun, lively beach atmosphere and made it easy to enjoy daily walks, ferry rides, and time by the water. The house comfortably fits our large family and was well set up for group living. We cooked most of our meals and appreciated having all the cookware, dishes, and space needed to gather together. It truly felt like home and was perfect for a small family reunion. We also spent time at Disneyland with all the kids and enjoyed local favorites and a popular M&M Donut Shop, a great bonus to an already memorable trip. Overall, this home had everything we needed for a comfortable and meaningful stay. Shauntelle’s hospitality really stood out and made the experience smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable from start to finish. We would absolutely recommend this property and would happily stay here again.

Fantastic experience: Our stay at 510 Oceanfront was an amazing experience. From the time we booked the property to the final check-out, everything worked very smoothly and seamlessly. Shauntelle, our host, was very professional and extremely easy to work with. She clearly cares a lot about providing guests with specialized care so that we had a VIP experience. Prior to arriving at the property, she reached out by email and phone to make sure that we were aware of many important details related to the check-in process, and then during check-in, she spent a large portion of her day checking on us and then walking us through the property, introducing the lighting in each room, the function of the satellite tv's, and details related to each kitchen, etc. Additionally, she was always available by phone if we had any questions during our stay. She went well above and beyond expectations to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Honestly, I couldn't ask for a better host. The house itself is great! All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are fully updated, the water pressure in the house is wonderful and the hot water is fast and powerful. There were 14 of us in our party and with all of the many kids and adults simultaneously taking showers and washing dishes, we did not encounter any difficulties with water usage whatsoever. The beds were extremely comfortable. They feel very new and the bedrooms are very nicely appointed individual tvs. All of my family members had three nights of very comfortable sleep. We loved every second of our stay in Newport Beach and we are definitely looking forward to returning. Hopefully, when we decide to make it back, 510 Oceanfront will be available because we would love nothing more than to book this house again. It's very spacious and welcoming, and it provided us with the perfect New Year's Eve / Day vacation.

Fantastic experience: This beach house exceeded our Christmas expectations. I have been doing VRBO for over 10 years and our host Shantelle was probably the most attentive we have ever had. She graciously gave us a late check out because the next guests weren't arriving until the next day. Most of the living is done upstairs because the table is huge and we had a blast playing cards up there every night, and of course the view is spectacular. But if it gets too noisy (We had five little kids with us, and four couples), You can go downstairs where it is quite peaceful and feng shui. Nice place to read a book in peace and quiet, & has rooms that get dark enough to lay babies down for a nap. The kitchens are wonderfully stocked, we cooked four big meals. There's a TV in every room & Wi-Fi is great. Coffee on the patio up or down is amazing. Almost every bedroom has its own bathroom! The location can't be beat. Literally less than one block to the Balboa Island ferry, we rode bikes over there & saw Christmas lites. Its a super easy walk to Ruby's at the end of the pier, & there's three fun hopping bars just around the corner. There is a cute kids playground near the pier, and the beach sand and fire pits are mere steps away, where we watched some Beautiful sunsets.Shauntelle was great checking on us, fixing one door lock problem immediately, got us extra towels & beach chairs. She is more like dealing with a friend than a landlord. I would do this again in a heartbeat. GREAT house for big groups!

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing time at the Newport beach house last weekend with 10 friends to celebrate the 60th birthday for two of us. The house is beautiful, spacious, and all the beds are super comfortable. We loved the balcony and enjoyed the sunsets! It’s in the perfect location with a very short walk to the Balboa pier. We had fun taking the ferry to Balboa Island and a harbor cruise to see celebrity homes. It was easy to book through VRBO and Shauntelle made sure the house had everything we needed. She was always available if we needed anything and I was grateful she provided extra towels and blankets that we requested. We would definitely stay at this beach house again!

Fantastic experience: We loved our large family retreat at this beautiful beach house! The location couldn’t be better — right along the oceanfront and within walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and the pier. Everything we needed was close by, and it was only about a 25–30 minute drive to Disneyland, which made it super convenient for our trip. The house was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Shauntelle was an amazing host — friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. Fantastic experience: Shauntelle was AMAZING to work with! She was not fazed at all by our large group or by our even larger needs. She was extremely accommodating and went out of her way to ensure we had a great trip. The house is adorable and set up for large groups. It’s a little crazy at first with all the futons- but when you have multiple families with little ones and you can keep them in rooms with their parents- it’s perfection. I have a large extended family and we meet up often in different parts of the country. We have stayed in some elaborate and spacious homes. This one was by far one of our favorite houses despite being much smaller and simpler than others. The house had everything we needed for our meals and even some extra fun like playing cards and beach toys. It was close to the beach and having the cars parked right in front of the house was perfect for our loading and unloading. Our trip was split between Disneyland and the beach. The drive to Disney was only around 30 mins so that was ideal. We were not thrilled with the area around the Disneyland parks or the rentals available so we were thrilled with the location of this rental. There was a cute store next door that was sadly only open on the weekend. We were within walking distance of many shops, treats and things to do. Our kids loved playing at the beach and doing surfing lessons. We also did a whale watching tour down the street at Davey’s Locker. I’m excited to come back to this area and will definitely stay again!

Fantastic experience: Great beach rental for a family get together. We were able to enjoy the beach, the boardwalk and Disneyland. Shauntelle was very responsive and provided our group with the extras that made to beach a wonderful experience with young children. We rented both units and were able to grill and cook some meals at home. All necessary kitchen items were available. It was great to have the parking lot right there for our vehicles and made it soo much easier to get items to the beach. You could walk to restaurants, pharmacy, and whale watching tours. Fantastic experience: Our family stayed at this beautiful beach front property and it was perfect. Slept 25 people comfortably to! Close to many restaurants and right by the pier. Fantastic experience: We were so blessed to stay in the Newport Beach House on 510 E Oceanfront of Balboa Penninsula. Location is right on the walkway next to Newport Beach. Our student group and chaperones truly enjoyed our location, very comfortable house with furniture you can actually sit and relax in. We slept well, bathroom spaces are plentiful and well appointed, good water pressure. The location of the home was ideal--close to shopping, coffee shops, boardwalk/pier, parking and, of course, those thunderous waves! The House was clean, with many amenities: laundry, dishwasher, coffee makers, parking, fold out futons, plenty of pans and dishes, large gas grill, crock pot, toasters, and oven space. The home fit our group of 36 very nicely, and we were all very comfortable. Front porch seating was pleasant, and accessibility to public showers to rinse sand off was very convenient. Shauntelle, our host, was very accommodating, helpful, and responsive to my questions if I needed help. She met us at the house and showed us around when we arrived. We truly enjoyed our stay. Best place for large groups, will definitely book again. Thank you so very much.

Fantastic experience: I want to give a shout out to Shauntelle of CRV Classic Properties for making the rental of their property at 510 E Oceanfront, Newport Beach a VIP experience. She was very professional with her virtual check-in process, saving us time and answering all our questions before we arrived. She was very professional. As for the rental, it was the best. It accomodated our group of 17 perfectly, with room for more. The location was right at the beach on Balboa Pier, shopping, bike path and parking. The upstairs living room and deck held the whole group and the garage gave us a place to park our bikes.ss It was clean, well furnished and modern. Everything worked great. We will definitely return and go through Shautelle and CRV when we do.

The location of the beach house couldn't have been better. Being right by the bike rental shop was so convenient—it only cost $10 a day to rent a bike! We loved being able to hop on bikes and explore the boardwalk and surrounding areas. Speaking of location, the house was just a short walk from the Balboa play zone, which was a hit with the kids. It’s also right alongside the scenic boardwalk, providing stunning views and great people-watching opportunities. The interior of the house matched the perfection of its location. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all woke up well-rested and ready to enjoy each day. Overall, everything about our stay exceeded expectations—from the idyllic setting to the thoughtful touches Shauntelle added to make us feel welcome. Fantastic experience: Absolutely perfect experience. The house was gorgeous and clean and the location was awesome. This was our first time to Newport Beach and we will definitely be back. In walking distance to lots of great food and shops and the bay. Shauntelle is the best. We were treated like VIP's. She walked us through everything and made sure we had everything we needed and were all set. Even checked on us a couple times to make sure we didn't need anything else. We had 13 people stay and felt like we had plenty of room. The balcony was one of our favorite parts. Gorgeous views. I highly recommend this property to anyone and hope to be back soon.

Also, had the pier and the fire pits on the beach nearby, everything was just steps away. Fantastic experience: Our family had the best VIP experience while staying at the beach house in Newport Beach. The host, Shauntelle was the heart of the VIP experience. She is just a phone call or text away if you need anything. Our vacation beginning to end was spectacular and VIP experience is actually an understatement. Fantastic experience: This home is amazing and Shauntelle was so wonderful to work with! She is very thorough and accommodating. She even did drop-offs at the house for additional items we needed. The location is beautiful and so close to the Fun Zone, shops and food. We walked on the Balboa Pier to Ruby's our first night to enjoy great food! We used body boards, extra beach chairs and additional bedding for futons. Fire pits are close. Everything we wanted was available. The home is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and has a gorgeous view from the upper patio! Our family get together turned out just as we had hoped. Fantastic experience: Hosted a family reunion at their boardwalk/oceanfront property and the experience/customer care was truly first class! The property is quite large considering it’s right on the boardwalk and everything is updated. TVs in every room, updated showers, large comfortable beds. The location is right next to restaurants and bars, we walked everywhere. Blankets, beach chairs, beach tents, beach towels were complimentary and very much appreciated. Last but not least, we would like to give a shout out to our property representative Shauntelle. Her customer service was exceptional. She was very reachable and accommodating to our requests. 100% would rent this property again!

Fantastic experience: This house is absolutely stunning! We felt truly pampered thanks to “the VIP experience” Shantelle provided—so thoughtful , caring, professional, and personable, making sure every one of our needs were met. The location couldn’t be more perfect, .the pier with Ruby’s Diner, bike rentals nearby, the boardwalk, spectacular ocean views, and fire pits by the beach, just steps away. I’m not usually one to walk very much, so it was great that everything was convenient and in close proximity, just steps to the sand,or a short walk away. I actually volunteered to stroll over to the Balboa Ferris Wheel! And the Balboa ferry to the island. This is one of the only beach houses where you have great access to both the beach and the Bayfront, just a short walk or steps away from the shore. The home was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my large family. My daughter was deployed to the Red Sea, and missed Thanksgiving and Christmas this year and we needed to fill the void as a family. it meant the world to us to have a well-equipped luxurious beachfront home with everything just like our home away from home, including two gourmet kitchens  where I could cook a full Thanksgiving dinner with ease and serve to my entire family. We made beautiful memories here, that we will never forget! Thank you, Shauntelle for letting us share, “the VIP experience.”

Fantastic experience: We loved staying in this beach front home. The house was plenty big enough to accommodate our family get together. We had 23 people, 2 years old to 87 years old. It was wonderful having so many bathrooms. It might be helpful to know that you have to walk through the room with a bunkbed to get to the back bedroom on the bottom floor. The location couldn't be better. We enjoyed walking to the ferry, bike riding on the path, and relaxing on the sand. I would highly recommend this house!

Our group of 16(9 kids, 8 adults) stayed in Newport Beach last weekend and we were so impressed by the lovely beach house we got to make memories in. The house was so clean, well equipped for whatever we needed, comfortable beds, easy walk to the beach/restaurants, and Shauntelle was amazing to work with! We will definitely be planning another trip to their property in our future!

Fantastic experience: Amazing location and adorable house! Myself and 20 of my friends had the best girls trip ever here!! The location is right next to the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. We all fit comfortably within the space, sharing beds and the futons were surprisingly comfortable - Shauntelle, the host, even provided extra bedding for the futons free of charge and was very accommodating to our large group size! We used the grill on the porch and on the first floor with 0 issues - all the amenities we used worked. I had several girls compliment and thank me for finding and booking this place. The check in process was very thorough and we all felt very taken care of. I especially appreciate communicative hosts and Shauntelle was perfect, answering questions weeks in advance to check in and reaching out before and after our stay. Cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: Stayed at a property in Newport Beach for a bachelor/bachelorette weekend. Shauntelle was very communicative leading up to our stay and even followed up afterwards. They provided lots of documents and pictures in a welcome packet a few days before our stay. Property was very clean and well managed. Highly recommend staying here for family/friend trips to the beach and local to many different attractions in Balboa.

Fantastic experience: The location is priceless. The home was perfect. We were on the boardwalk and close to everything. We will definitely come and stay again. Shauntelle was such a great host. She took care of every detail. The check in was easy and thorough. I knew how to work everything. They had set the passcode to a number they knew would be easy for me. Everything was very personal. We had 11 people in our party and the first floor was perfectly comfortable.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at East Ocenfront house over the last week end to attend our son’s Math Day ceremony at UCI. The place was more that sufficient for our family of 27 people with ages ranging from 4 to 60+. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the extra futons turned into real comfortable beds. The location was perfect, you can literally walk bare foot to the beautiful beach. The Balboa pier is in walking distance for all sort of water activities. We rented Duffy boats to see the report harbor. We also took whale watching boat! Shauntelle is a great host. She was very good in communicating with us and addressing our additional requests. we would definitely come back again.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about this property. What a gorgeous home sat right on the beach, with a balcony overlooking the water, and the most beautiful sunsets! Shauntelle was so welcoming and very accommodating. She made sure to walk us through the home so we knew where everything was, including on making sure we had enough towels. It was such a nice touch! Felt very personable. She even checked back several times to make sure we were comfortable. The home is beautifully decorated, and the beds are so comfy. The attention to detail, and cleanliness is to be recognized. We were very impressed! Everything is in walking distance. We ate at some fabulous Italian and Mexican restaurants. We were able to walk right out on the pier, and grab donuts and ice cream for the little ones. There is a fun zone for them to play at, a Ferris wheel, bike rentals, kayaks, whale, watching, and shopping! It’s endless! We highly recommend this property and their wonderful services. At 510 E. Fantastic experience: Our stay at 510 E Oceanfront in n Newport was great. The home was perfect for our large group. We went to Class of 47 for New Years Eve and had a good time. The house is perfectly located near so many breakfast places, shopping, the beach, etc. being on the main walkway and having the balcony was perfect. Shantelle made our check-in process seamless and made sure we received all the additional requests we made.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing stay at an air b n b I found through this company! We stayed at this air b n b for a birthday and the location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach and a short walk to all the attractions and resturants in Newport Beach and right by the balboa fun zone. The house itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host Shaunetelle was incredibly welcoming and helpful, she went out of her way to make sure we had enough bedding and asked if we needed anything extra for the beach like chairs, towels, ext a couple days before check in. she was always quick to respond as well and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. I Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy all that Newport Beach has to offer especially if you have a larger group. We’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful holiday weekend together travelling with a large family group. Shauntelle was extremely helpful and hospitable from the beginning. We have stayed at many vacation rentals and have never had a host or hostess call before arrival to make sure we had everything we needed for our trip. She was very thorough and added on a few extras for us to make our stay comfortable and efficient. Upon arrival, we received a video walk through tour that allowed Shauntelle to explain everything about the property and make sure everything was working properly. It was VIP treatment through the whole process! We were thankful that a late check-out was arranged so we could enjoy every minute of our time together. The property itself was perfect for a large group. Having so many rooms and bathrooms allowed us to have our own space, yet gather together for meals and family time. The location was excellent and convenient to the beach, pier, bikes, ice cream and the boardwalk! We were able to walk to the ferry for Balboa and a whale watching cruise. Fantastic experience: We needed an accommodation for our big family for a family memorial. Shauntelle's house (We were on the top floor) It was the perfect setting for this occasion. We sat on her lovely deck viewing palm trees, the beach, and the sparkling ocean while playing guitars and ukelele - truly idyllic. Coffee on the deck at sunrise was fantastic as well! There's very nice patio furniture and a barbecue on the deck. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep (3 King beds and 5 double size futons available!). Shauntelle provided the sheets and towels (Including the extras we needed for our large group). And with 3 full bathrooms, we never had any pile up when it came time to get ready. The kitchen is stocked and would be easy for meal preparation, but we did not do much cooking there. We did use the wonderful oversized wine glasses though! ;) Parking can be tricky, but Shauntelle explains it very well and we were able to park 3 cars for the weekend without any problem. Shauntelle was extremely conscientious in providing directions and following up to make sure everything about our stay was to our expectations. I would strongly recommend a stay at this beautiful beachfront home!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to plan something special for my friend’s 60th birthday and when you work with someone as conscientious and accommodating as Shauntelle, you know you are in for a V.I.P. experience. She is first and foremost dedicated to ensure you have a wonderful stay at her property. And what a property it is! Not only is it beautiful and comfortable on the inside, it’s also in the perfect location. You are just steps to the beach where you can start your day with a hot cup of tea, fresh ocean air, and the sound of crashing waves. You can also walk to the many fun attractions, restaurants, and shops. We had a wonderful stay and created beautiful memories. I highly recommend Shauntelle and her property. I told my friend we could do it again when she turns 80!

Fantastic experience: Great service & amazing location!! A lot of walking distance places, which was very convenient when it came to restaurants and the beach being right in front of the VRBO! One of the owners, Shauntelle, was super friendly and nice. She had great service and was willing to make any accommodations necessary. She offered extra items including bath and beach towels. She kept in contact and made sure we had everything needed, and nothing was missing (toiletries and utensils wise). She even got us coffee pods!! Popular spots like Cabo Cantina and the local bars were all within 2 miles, which was awesome! The VRBO was clean, and had anything we needed when it came to trash bags, toilet paper, etc. Process of checking in and out was easy and the owner was very clear and helpful with the amenities. Would for sure stay here again, no doubt!

Fantastic experience: WOW. What an incredible experience and amazing weekend. We booked the beautiful beach house at 510 Oceanfront in Newport Beach for a large group of 25 and everything from the location, the service, and the house itself exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning Ms. Shauntelle went out of her way to accommodate our group: from drafting a payment schedule that worked for us, to making sure we had the exact right number of extra pillows, towels, sheets etc for our group. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and more than happy to communicate through email, text and/or over the phone to your preference. The place itself is marvelous. We rented the entire 2-story home for our group, however each floor is completely set up and stocked as a freestanding unit with a large fridge/freezer, 3+ bedrooms, 3 beautiful modern bathrooms as well as dining space and plenty of convertible couches/futons for lounging and/or sleeping extra guests. Located right on Oceanfront Blvd with a balcony on the top and patio on the ground floor, we were literally steps away from the sand. Sipping coffee on the balcony with a cool ocean breeze first thing in the morning is my definition of true relaxation. Beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach equipment can also be requested which was so nice to know since who wants to lug a dozen beach chairs around on vacation? (not me!). Not to mention that the assigned 1-car garage had a bunch of sand toys and boogie boards for kids if needed. Also, the convenience of having access to two off-street parking spaces with the whole-house rental cannot be understated, as parking around Newport Beach in the summer season can be madness. However, once the cars were parked and unloaded, we were able to completely forget our worries about siting in stop-and-go beach traffic to get to activities, because everything we needed was so close! Balboa Lily’s is around the corner two blocks away for amazing coffee and breakfast/lunch. Newport Harbor Boat Rentals has the best price for a 2-hour duffy boat rental and is four blocks away. Cabo Cantina has delicious margaritas and craving-inducing Mexican fare with breezy open windows and an awesome DJ. Plenty of other options too, plus an arcade and other kid-friendly activities. AND the Balboa Pier with the original Ruby’s diner is right there! Immediately next door to the house is a bike rental shop (and ice cream shop) so you can lazily bike the wide beach path that stretches the length of the peninsula and daydream while passing in front of hundreds of gorgeous beachfront homes. We spent the morning renting a couple duffy boats and exploring the expansive Newport Bay harbor, and even decided to go for dock service at Woody’s Wharf. You don’t even have to get out of the boat! Full food and drink service right from the dock, amazing. The afternoon was wiled away on the sand playing games and later strolling through the breakers before eventually heading to dinner down the block at sunset. 100% will be back, even if just for a couples’ retreat from the upstairs! Can’t say no to that balcony! Highly highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We have rented the property on East Oceanfront in Newport Beach for a large gathering of senior high students for the past two years in celebration of their senior trip. The location is amazing with doors that open out to the beach (past a parking lot which made parking convenient). There was so much to do in walking distance from the house, including the beach and the fun zone. Our experience with Shauntelle and the property maintenance team has always exceeded our expectations. Whenever we needed something, like more trash bags, they delivered within 30 minutes. They were always available in a moment's notice. The property provided for all of our needs. The only thing that I would love to see changed is the fact that extra bedding and towels cost additional money. That being said, I highly recommend this property for you for your big group gathering in Newport Beach.

Fantastic experience: Our Family of 21 had a wonderful stay in Newport Beach at 510 E Oceanfront. The accommodations were great! Shauntelle was very helpful and attentive to all our needs. The house had plenty of sleeping for all of us and the 2 kitchens and 2 gathering areas provided ample space for the kids and adults. (We rented both the upstairs and downstairs.) The location, with the boardwalk right in front of the house, was great! The beach was only steps away and the pier. We enjoyed beach volleyball and spikeball on the sand near the beach house. Ruby's Diner, on the pier, was a close walk. The little kids enjoyed the playground by the pier. All enjoyed the Ferris Wheel at Balboa, only a few blocks away, and a ferry ride to Balboa Island for a frozen chocolate covered banana and frozen cheesecake on a stick. Ruby's Diner was a fun treat as was Craft D Donuts just down the boardwalk. Loved walking and riding bikes on the boardwalk and the convenience of stopping right on the boardwalk at our beach house. Wonderful stay!

Fantastic experience: 510 E Oceanfront, Newport ca I had the pleasure to stay at this house back in March with some friends and let me tell you we had such an amazing experience so much to do in the surrounding area was such a great time. And then for Mother’s Day my mom and wife wanted to go to Newport for an event that Saturday, I thought to myself let me see if the house is available and it was there is nothing like having your whole family together right on the beach, we got to do so much together from going to the beach and hitting up the near by shops and when I say near by there right there the kids had such a great time at the balboa fun zone from the arcade to the rides. Shauntelle was so amazing and easy to work with she made an incredible experience happen for us, from booking the trip and having everything ready for us when we arrived there was incredible. The house was perfect everything was in order and some and it slept the whole family comfortably, the upstairs balcony view is amazing I can just sit out there in the morning drink coffee and feel so relaxed so thank you shauntelle for making this happen I can’t wait for the next trip already definitely going back in the future, it’s going to be home away from home for us.

Fantastic experience: We booked this house for a retreat with a large group of high school students and we are so thankful we found this place! The spacious beach house allowed us all to be together and Shauntelle was such a readily available and helpful host! I so appreciate Shauntelle working with us and answering my questions all weekend! Also, since we had such a large group we are so thankful for the accommodations that were made to provide us with extra towels and pillows! The location was also amazing! Parking was a bit of a struggle but Shauntelle gave a great tip to park in a nearby parking lot that doesn't charge from 6pm to 8pm! We enjoyed the beach and tons of nearby coffee shops!

You can't beat the location, It's right next to the Balboa pier and across the street from the fun zone and newport ferry. Lots of restaurants and shops just a short walk from the house too. We had a large group of 13 people and could have easily fit several more comfortably. The two kitchens were extra helpful with a group our size as well. One of the owners, Shauntelle, was incredibly responsive and helpful prior to, during, and after our stay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this vacational rental for anyone looking to accommodate a large group!

This location is right on the beach next to the pier and the front door opens to the bike bath. The place is gigantic inside. Wonderful for several families wanting to hang out in a beach house for few days.

Fantastic experience: Shauntelle made booking and checking in really easy. The location is perfect for a beach stay as you're right on the boardwalk. Bonfire pits are close to the property. The Balboa fun zone is just across the street. Food, bike/Duffy rentals, and shops are within a block or two. Renting both levels allowed us to have our whole family together. There's plenty of sleeping space beyond the bedrooms with super cool fold down couches.

Fantastic experience: Oceanfront beach house has become our second home. My friends and I just love, love this beach house. The house is spacious, clean and has great, happy energy to it. Location is supreme, close to everything you need, restaurants, bike activities, fire pits, not to mention it's right on the beach with amazing views from the balcony where you can rest and just enjoy the ocean and sunsets. The beach is across the street, you can see it from the balcony. There are very nice shops and stores right around the corner. My husband and brothers were able to go on an offshore fishing trip, (walking distance). One of our guest left her wallet with money and ID in it after leaving and Shauntelle, was able to arrange the recovery of her getting it back. She is so awesome!!! One of the best weekends my family and I have had! Definitely recommend. We will absolutely visit again!

Fantastic experience: The stay at this beach house was easily our best experience we’ve ever had at any rental property. All of the credit goes to our host Shauntelle for making this experience incredible for us. The house was practically right on the beach. It was also right in front of a parking lot so parking was never an issue. This house easily sleeps 16 people comfortably, and that’s only downstairs, I believe if combined with the property upstairs it would sleep double the amount, possibly more. We were here celebrating my brothers 40th bday, so our host Shauntelle was very sweet and understanding of our special requests. Thank you so much for our stay, we hope to come back again!

Fantastic experience: 510 E Oceanfront I found this spot on VRBO and it was very nice. To start, Shauntelle was very accommodating. I have quite a busy schedule but she made sure to reach out and follow up with me on multiple occasions. Every single time I texted or called her, she was very quick to respond. We did a virtual walk through of the property over FaceTime and she explained where everything was and confirmed the condition of the property. She went out of her way to make sure that we had the accommodations that we needed. Regarding this unit, it had a great location. It was not right on the sand but it was directly on the boardwalk. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Balboa Ferry and the Fun Zone was within about a 5 minute walk and it was great to take the kids there. I will definitely be renting from Shauntelle again in the future. The unit was nice and large and accommodated multiple people staying in there. There are a few things that could be upgraded or worked on but it was definitely a great property. I would definitely stay there at this unit again in the future as well.

Fantastic experience: The beach house was AMAZING, the check in process was EXTREMELY easy, and Shuantelle and her brother Randy are just phenomenal human beings. I 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-quality beach house with tons of room, and near EVERYTHING! 10/10 highly recommended and will absolutely re-book for future events!

Fantastic experience: The Newport Beach house was a fantastic place to stay and to enjoy our large family reunion! The location was ideal, easy beach access, close walks to the pier, restaurants, the Balboa Ferry, shopping, etc, and an easy drive to Disneyland! Shauntelle, one of the owners, was great to work with! She was so pleasant, easy to contact and quick to respond to questions or needs. She helped make this an incredible week for all our family. Everyone loved the house, from 3 to 83 years old! It was lovely, clean, convenient, great views from the deck, and plenty of space for our 28 family members! I can’t recommend this house enough!

Fantastic experience: My family just stayed at this property and Shauntelle was a amazing host .. professional and also extremely welcoming and wanting my family to have the absolute best possible time .. She walked me through everything TV set up .. Where everything is located on the property and wanted to know if we ever needed anything.. Fantastic experience: My family and I booked a last minute vacation through CRV Classic Properties. I spoke with Shauntelle the host who made our vacation one to remember. Shauntelle was easy to communicate with and as a bonus allowed us to check-in early, which was awesome. The beach house was clean with all the amenities. The house faces the ocean and is a minutes walk to the ferry and fun zone in Balboa. We used the bon fire pits and volleyball nets on the beach next to the house. Fantastic experience: Our stay at the Newport Beach house was everything we wanted and more. The house was very clean and spacious with plenty of sleeping space and three showers was a definite bonus. The property owner, Shauntelle, was a very attentive host and made sure that we had everything we needed. The location was perfect with access to many shops, restaurants, the beach bonfire area and close enough to walk to the Balboa Island ferry. We rented bikes right next door which was very convenient and the parking lot right next to the house made guest parking such a breeze, which is usually hard to come by at the beach. There were beach toys in the garage for us to use and we loved the hose out front to help us keep rinse sand off our shoes and beach toys to help us keep the home interior clean. The key pad lock on the door made access safe and easy. We can’t wait to say here again next summer!

Fantastic experience: I stayed in their property on Newport Beach (510 E Oceanfront) and it was absolutely lovely! Shauntelle was very responsive to our messages, and was able to accommodate our large group. The house was perfectly located - steps from the beach and easily walkable to shops and restaurants around. The house was very comfortable and stocked with everything that we needed - the view from the 2nd floor balcony was especially beautiful, and it was wonderful having 2 kitchens. I definitely recommend this and would absolutely come stay again!

Fantastic experience: 510 E Oceanfront, Newport Beach, CA Shauntelle was our host at 510 E Oceanfront, Newport Beach, CA and it was one of the greatest experiences we have ever had. From start to finish, Shauntelle was professional, kind, friendly, welcoming, helpful, and prompt with all the details. She took care of our large group, and we had no issues at all! The home is beautiful and right in front of the Balboa Pier. The back door porch/patio area is literally just a few steps away from the beach and bonfire pits. The house is filled with a ton of sleeping futon couches, beautiful bedrooms, and state of the art renovated bathrooms. Both kitchens were stocked with all the necessary items required to cook for a large group (just pack a few foil trays). Each floor also had its own BBQ grill. The views from the second floor were amazing and breath taking! If you stay at this specific rental, you must EXPLORE the area! There are so many things to do within walking distance. I probably won’t be able to list all the things our group did, here are a few: went whale watching, enjoyed drinks and food at Cruisers Pizza Bar Grill, Cabo Cantina, Class of 47, Balboa donut shop, Pizza Petes, and we enjoyed some amazing seafood (oysters) at Newport Landing Restaurant. These were just a few places that I can recall off the top of my head. There were a ton of little, small shops that had a bunch of cool souvenirs. We biked along the Newport Balboa Bike trail north for about 1.5 miles and enjoyed some time at the Newport Beach Pier. The Newport Beach Pier was filled with a ton of restaurants and shops that you must explore. There are so many things to do while you’re there! I can go on forever about our stay at this home and the wonderful host, Shauntelle. I highly recommend this rental for large groups that are looking to have some fun. You will create some wonderful memories that will last forever. I would stay here again and book through Shauntelle. 20/10 RATING FOR THIS ONE!!!
