Fantastic experience: Michael is the best out there. I was working with one bank and as we were getting close to being done, it fell apart as there was an issue with the appraisal. Michael understood that I needed help urgently. He and his team took me on as a new client when many others couldn't. He was very patient and gave me clear and detailed instructions how and what paperwork needed to be submitted. He even arranged timely appraisal so things wouldn't get delayed. The appraisal went very well and were able to close on time. He even got me a great home insurance quote/agent and helped me save money. Their website is very user friendly and easy to upload documents. He is very patient and would return calls/texts at any time of the day. He definitely has great knowledge and experience. Fantastic experience: When we realized our relocation to Connecticut was happening much sooner, we were excited and afraid our home would not sell for what we wanted. It was especially difficult for us with my husband having to travel for work during the most important time, which was putting our home on the market. On top of all that, I was in a half leg cast and had zero knowledge of how to prep our home before putting it on the market. All I have to say, is thank God we had Mari Wines on our side. She told us what really needed to be done prior to getting our home on the market and taught us how important staging and professional photos are. After she toured our home, there was not much staging that needed to be done. She actually had a stash of staging goods and did it herself, mind you, she was our realtor, not stager, but morally, she felt we would be paying for a stager for no reason. What realtor do you know, who would actually come over after a days work, bring her staging items and spend hours getting your home ready for photos and the open house? I honestly couldn’t believe it. Our home looked absolutely beautiful, sold for what we wanted and appraised for even more. From start to finish, we always knew Mari had our best interest at heart. Fantastic experience: My family had been preapproved for a home . We went through months of preparation for our loan to fund. It was exhausting and emotionally draining. Being told one more thing and the loan will fund. After months of this we were told the loan can not fund. That we were so close but the numbers do not match up. We were devastated. Now what do we do. After spending thousand dollars to get the loan funded and no go. We felt defeated. I cried for a couple days. How was I going to tell my kids they have to move from there friends. My husband works in the city. So we would have to split up. Why was this happening. My husband asked me to call a acquaintance Michael Gorden. I thought what can he do. We told him we were just told we did not qualify. And we had to have an answer by Wednesday if this is something he thought he could work out. At 5:00 he called me and told me he could. Amazing!!!
