Fantastic experience: Where do I begin? Mr. Steely and Mr. Fuller helped me get started in the real estate class and they hosted a free photoshoot event for anyone including myself for my headshots in my future real estate career. They also helped me answer any questions I may have had. This wonderful team is faithfully owned and they're wonderful people to know. They don't beat around the bush and there is no hidden secrets. They have honesty, integrity, and I tell all my friends to go to this company.

Positive experience: In hindsight I think we should've used a real estate agent that spoke our language and had cultural awareness from the beginning of the process all the way to the end. There were areas that could've been improved. We experienced a lot of frustration trying to purchase because this was all new to us. Our parents were co-buyers, but we had difficulty explaining all of the complexities to them because we can't translate this type of stuff well (we're American born). We already noticed from the first meeting that there was little patience with us since it took time for us to digest the info and translate back to our parents. There was little concern that it was important for our parents to understand and be part of the process, they are co-buyers after all! And the worst part about it was the lady that we were stuck with from Supreme Lending would not listen, often calling to speak with us about financial terms rather than putting things in writing. On more than one occasion, I was standing in middle of a store, trying to jot many things down she was quickly spewing to me and then having to remember all of it to try to translate to our parents later. This is despite requests for her to put things in writing/email to us instead. Things worked out in end, we got a new rep from Supreme, but I feel that our Rick Fuller real estate agent should've taken a more active role in advocating for us, identifying issues and understanding our needs, especially since this is the finance people that they chose for us, they can't just be a fly on the wall.

I had been working with a previous broker who had been helping me for months, and I was getting nothing. She is very professional and knows the market. I would hire her again if I had to buy another house!

Fantastic experience: Rick is simply the best! We decided to sell our home and first went with an agent that was known to our family for sometime. We got very disappointed because she was not fighting for us, she took long to communicate and when she did, she would give half baked information. She was always coming up with excuses for the house not selling for example; there are way too many homes on the market, your house lacks this/lacks that and so on. This was very troubling because the market was a sellers market, homes similar to ours were being sold off in seven days. This went on for over a month and we decided to get a more experienced and proven realtor and there came Rick. He visited our property and the first thing he said was this home is going to be an easy and fast sale. He arranged the first open house over the weekend and the following Tuesday we had an offer and the same folks bought our home. He did the opposite of what our first agent was doing, he was very aggressive and not passive, he did not just sit and wait for clients to call, his office has buyer and seller agents who do round the clock marketing of your home. They were always calling me to set up appointments for people to come and view the home which is a very good because some sloppy agents relay on just open houses. I highly recommend Rick and his team and next time we are shopping, we will definitely use their services again.

We have purchased two homes from him, and had him vet our tenants for our rental property. They responded quickly and professionally and in 1 week we had a new tenant and a signed lease. Turn around on rental properties can be costly; especially if you don't get a tenant who will treat your property as their own. Finding a good tenant can be a long and drawn out process.
