Fantastic experience: Our family hired Jeanette/Jats Properties to sell our home in El Sereno and help us purchase a new one. Prior to working with her, we had been with another agent who, despite his best efforts, was unable to sell our home. After being on the market for quite some time, my husband and I felt it was time for a fresh start with a new agent. We actually connected with Jeanette after receiving a cold call from her son, who works alongside her. During the time of the sale, we had a 2 year old and a 6 month old. Selling a home is stressful under any circumstances, but for our family, it was an especially challenging time. I was newly postpartum with two young children, juggling all the emotions, exhaustion, and major life decisions that come with that season of life. Throughout the process, Jeanette, Julio, and their team were incredibly patient, supportive, and understanding. Even when I felt overwhelmed or unsure, they provided thoughtful guidance and reassurance without ever making us feel rushed. The purchase itself came with its own challenges, including a difficult seller's agent. Despite the obstacles, she persevered and ultimately helped us secure the home that was right for our family. Our experience with Jeanette and her team was overwhelmingly positive.
