Fantastic experience: As first time home buyers it can be very difficult and frustrating due to all the info that needs to be given and amount of paper work that is given to you to durning whole process but JR and Ricardo ( our loan officer) made the whole process as smooth as possible for my husband and I . They took their time explaining and answering any questions that we had until we understood it ; they would work around our crazy schedules . The communicate skills they had as a team is amazing . Fantastic experience: Okay now here's my review on buying my house. OMG JR and Ricardo are hustlers for their clients they went above and beyond to help me find a house within my price range and that was suitable for everyone in my family. Finding a house in general is difficult but during covid you multiply that by 10. Even with restrictions and trying to figure out everyone's schedule they were able to help me view houses and find the perfect one. Once I found the perfect house they were able to lower the asking price and get the repairs done. Even after I had already moved into my house they called me to check on us to make sure everything was okay. We happen to have a slight plumbing emergency they sent their plumber out here within the hour and had the problem fixed. This is an amazing team that takes care of you. I know it was a team effort, everyone that helped get me in this house.
