Fantastic experience: Let me first say: I rarely leave reviews but I made an exception here because Michael is the real deal! He is a hero to my family, and has earned a lifelong customer! His team is very thorough, extremely honest, and responsive! I truly believe I would not have been able to sell my property if I had gone with any other agent or any realtor company. Michael laid out plans from Day 1 and told me plans for plans, and plans for backup plans. We never felt pressured or worried throughout any part of the process of selling my property because the plans from Day 1 made sense and worked out exactly as Michael had envisioned: He has some serious skills. Michael is a true gem in Downey, and Downey is extremely lucky to have him. Fantastic experience: We first met Michael Berdelis over 30 years ago at an open house. While that specific two-story property wasn’t the right fit for us we needed at least one downstairs bedroom, and his listing had them all upstairs Michael didn’t let that stop him from helping. Even though we already had a buying agent and he knew he wouldn't be representing us on a purchase, Michael immediately told us about another property just a few doors down with the exact layout we needed. Within minutes, he walked us down the street, opened the door, and let us take a look.
