Negative experience: They scheduled a viewing today and no one showed up. I emailed for over a month to set up this viewing and then drove a hour and 15 mins in traffic for no one to show. So unprofessional! They need some professional training!

Negative experience: If I could give a negative star I would but unfortunately it's not an option. Just a heads up do not rent anything from this realty company. Extremely unprofessional does not follow landlord tenant rights. Jackie Alvarez has been around and she knows exactly what she's doing as far as just passing the guidelines. My recent experience with this company had led me to have to find other living arrangements because I received an illegal form of termination of tenancy. The termination of tenancy reason was a lie. J. Alvarez stated the house was for sale but was not realty company actually showed apartment while I was still a tenant even though they sent out a letter stating the home was being sold. That's why they were terminating my tenancy. This woman also spoke my personal business to city officials and I have it recorded don't ever use this company. I would not recommend it go to the next. This woman's violated my rights as a tenant and unfortunately I've caught this woman in a lie more than once. I wouldn't trust her or her company. I mean she gave herself 5 stars on Yelp who does that. The only reason she is in business for this long is because she knows exactly what to do to make sure that she is you know how Rhode Island is. She's a get over she does and knows exactly what to do to stay in business. Unfortunately I caught her in many lies & she knows but won't take accountability for the unprofessionalism & lack there of. Even her own employee told me he was scared of me because of what Jackie Alvarez had said to him. There is a conversation that was recorded by me of the city inspectors in front of my house my house speaking what Jackie Alvarez had told them about myself. Basically blaming the tenant for her company not taking care of issues in the apartment. Having electricity on other tenants breaker which wasn't repaired property. Electricity mice mold list goes on. Known for their unprofessionalism check the reviews. They sent Umberto in a Honda not a professional company that way you know its fixed properly. I've exposed this company and will continue to do so until something is done. I will be posting the videos also will be sending them out accordingly to media, constituents affairs down at city hall and the governor's office. Slum realty company I wonder if these home owners are aware but they will be now. Good luck. Negative experience: Went for a showing to an apartment and no one from the office showed up other than the other people who were also scheduled to see it we all went inside the apartment and practically viewed on our own with unanswered questions I think that’s very unprofessional and just shows how they will be once renting from them... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM IF THEY DONT CARE I WONDER WHO DOES...

Negative experience: Although the front desk lady is very nice, they work so slow! I put an application in like 3-4 months ago and they never even called me. I called them multiple times and left multiple msgs. Wouldn’t recommend.

Negative experience: Been on contact with them since a place has been listed, gave me and my friend that would do the viewing for me misinformation. After being told she could schedule a morning viewing they changed their minds and refuse to accommodate work schedules and only do group viewings. Unprofessional and disorganized!

Negative experience: If I could give a zero or negative star I would. They made all kinds of promises them shortly before move in. They pulled out and said the landlord didn't have the money to make repairs to the apt. I did everything they asked and jumped through all the hoops for them to have them cancel out 9 days before expected move date. Very disappointed with this agency. Be very careful they manage different locations. So BEWARE!!!!!
