Fantastic experience: The only word we can say is WOW!!! So we decided to relocate from one state into the state of Washington and had identified the area that we wanted to move to. We had a lender drop our buyer’s mortgage pre-approval days before closing, when three households were packed and ready to go, and I was due with a baby in two weeks. Not one piece of the puzzle was readily available. Open houses were all but shut down, and when you could see a home, there were overbearing stipulations.
