Fantastic experience: Where do I start, it isn’t like my wife and I woke up one day and decided hey let’s sell our house and move to San Antonio TX it took our taxes going sky high and so many advantages for a disabled Veteran to move to TX. We bought our home in 2016 and Villa MacNeally was part of that process as she was helping our agent at time and for this adventure we chose Villa to help guide us through our journey. Villa sat down with us and not only did she help us with our plan to sell our home she gave us some advice that helped us when we went house hunting in San Antonio. Villa came to our home went over different listings of homes that were similar to ours and we agreed on a good listing price and she gave us a plan of things to do prior to listing and off we went. Once we had things ready she made sure we were comfortable and a complete understanding of what was in front of us and she made things happen. We did our part, home was inspection ready and she had pictures taken, so many and they turned beautifully. She had us all set for a weekend showing and invited the neighbors over and the house sold that night. What can I say she is magic! She made sure all parties were happy and walked us through each step of the closing process. She was there for us available to us when ever we need her. He went above and beyond by doing work that he wasn't expected to, not only for the house where he was the seller agent, but also on the house where he was a buyer agent. The latter was a unique situation and his work made our dreams come true with the change in setting. Joe was always available to council me too as it was a big change with a lot of moving parts.

Villa was assigned to me, as a condition of my company-provided relocation package. I had largely narrowed down my search for a home in the area before we met, but she was very helpful in identifying other home builders in the area and she's knowledgeable about the local area: places to eat, things to do, transportation, etc. Villa greatly eased the home-buying process and helped reassure me that we made a well-informed buying decision. We definitely had a meeting of the minds when it came to evaluating the best homebuilders in the area and selecting the right home in a good location and within my budget. She also helped in negotiating with my previous mortgage lender in hopes of securing a more favorable interest rate. Her communication with me was largely via text message and email. Fantastic experience: 10-Stars! Liana Baker is the most attentive, hands-on, and competent real estate agent I have ever worked with! I would hire her again without a second thought. Not only did Liana represent my very best interests in marketing and selling my house, but she took extra time to manage contractors performing work all around the house (I live out of town) and made sure their work was flawless. She recommended professional contractors from many trades, scoped out their work, and followed through right the end. Fully invested, she and her husband went the extra mile by checking on the house, clean up here and there, some repairs, and treating the home like it was theirs. Villa has always taken my needs and wants and listened. In the beginning my concern was time and not wasting Hera or mine. She made a very big decision a great experience and included my family. She is very hear felt in the way she communicates and treats her clients. It’s amazing how quickly she gets back to you when a question pops into hour head at 11pm and you send it to ensure you don’t forget knowing you won’t hear back until morning and then I’m just a couple of mins, there it is... a response from Villa with the answer! this time around it was a much longer journey with the selling of the home but, again Villa is an amazing communicator and know that she is always available when I need to speak with her. She is extremely patient and always willing to help out in other ways. I wanted to vacuum and clean up the floors a bit after having some work done in the house right before closing, I had injured my knee a couple days prior and was struggling to get around easily and when she found out she went over with her own vacuum and cleaned up and vacuumed for me so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. It’s the little things that make a difference to me. She treats me like a person not another sale and it’s much appreciated. I would continue to work with Villa and the team as it’s always been a great experience and they do help you so you feel like you are making a well informed decision on what is a major transaction and decision for me. thank you for all the support through the process it really is easy to work with you. Positive experience: Some times it feels like I am doing all the house finding and then they look it up on the computer tell a little about and that it. When I was younger the person would pick you and show you the house. I spent a hole bay trying to find a place and did not see it at all, and full tank of gas.
