I was fortunate enough to have Valerie Medina of Trust Properties recommended to offer assistance. After a meeting with Ms Medina she arranged to have clean up done and put me in touch with an probate attorney who was also very conscientious. Ms Medina marketed the property and kept in contact with both myself and my attorney and the property was sold at asking price. I would recommend Ms Medina and Trust Properties without hesitation for any of your real estate needs.

Fantastic experience: We were referred to Trust Properties USA by our attorney regarding a very difficult estate situation involving three separate estates being entangled in one property. The property was being held captive by rental tenants who leaned very heavily on the renter’s rights laws of Los Angeles Count, and refused to depart, even with the property being in deplorable condition and in much need of repair. After speaking with Paul Hargraves and Larry Bovshow, a plan was developed and executed to have the tenants evicted, following all necessary and legal means, resulting in the property being vacated. I live on the other side of the country and couldn’t stay to make it through the clean up and selling process. Paul and Larry made a plan for getting the house not only cleaned out but renovated to meet today’s standards. This plan had no out of pocket cost to me (I couldn’t believe it!!). Doing all these renovations made it so I was able to get almost an extra $100k when the house was sold. The renovation plan even stayed on budget which I was just blown away by. Being on the opposite side of the country created some logistical issues that Larry sailed right through. I was able to handle 90% of the paperwork and approvals online. If I had a question he was always there to answer it. Trust Properties made what was really an emotional time easy and calming. I cannot thank or recommend them enough.
