Fantastic experience: We were introduced to Esti Klaiman of Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty when one of our neighborhood property was sold. It was about the last quarter of 2022. At that time, that unit was sold on a “RECORD HIGH” price. We invited her on the first quarter on 2023 when we thought of selling our own property. It did not materialize though due to unforeseen reasons beyond our control. Fast forward: When we decided to sell last March, I did not hesitate nor have had any second thought to contact her, despite having other reputable realtors in our list to choose from.
