When Rayne and I were looking at properties, he advised us and researched those properties extensively. We tried the private sale route and mom tried working with another realtor. I knew Aaron and contacted him for advice (not knowing he would be interested in working so far from Ames). To my surprise he was willing to help. This was a very stressful time and Aaron really helped put our minds at ease. He was so positive and brought really great energy to the situation. He did a great job of getting the word out about the property using video and even drone footage.
