Fantastic experience: Ms. Tina Marie walked into my home after someone else inspected and gave me the voice of doom. When Ms Tina completed her inspection, she said the house was beautiful and she would love to represent me. Not only that, she asked me to trust her because she would do upgrades and to get what the house value was estimated for. She used her own funding to do the upgrades because she knew the value. Once completed. That was on her house side. For me personally, Ms Tina and her staff held my hand through the entire process and was so understanding when I procrastinated. She kept encouraging me and telling me the perfect couple/family would come along and they did. The offer came in, and we went to closing the next week. There is no one else on this planet who can match Ms. Tina’s integrity, mannerism, honesty and caring like she does for her clients. I could say way more but I might be out of space.

Fantastic experience: There isn’t enough room available to let you know about Miss Tina Marie. This home buying experience would have been a nightmare without her. I’ve had other realtors who would help me bid on homes and they would be sold to other buyers so I became very discouraged. After my last realtor contract expired, I called Tina. Tina was hiking and enjoying her outdoors time and still took my call and scheduled a meeting with me the next day. She assured me that she would be locked and loaded and whatever she put her hands on would be successful. That indeed was true. After putting a contract on the very first house I chose, it was accepted in 2 days. Tina knew what the seller wanted and created the perfect contract deal so it would not be passed by. With offers coming in left and right it is the little things that will make your package the one that is accepted. Tina Marie puts together a visually appealing and solid package and has a great sense of what is going to get your offer accepted - all you need to come with is a willingness to embrace her expertise. For me personally it was the third house that was the charm, but I probably would’ve had the first one had I taken Tina Marie’s advice . :-) Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE my house and I attribute Tina Marie’s interpersonal skills and professionalism to why I got my house...BUT I had my mind set on staying under a certain dollar amount although I ended up going above both the selling amounts of the first two houses I looked at. With that being said, Tina Marie listened to me as her client, while offering her professional opinion and she stayed the course with me...writing the third contract with as much enthusiasm as the first. When I sent her homes or if she sent one to me that I liked her response was always “when do you want to go?” In fact, we found my home on the first day it was listed when we went to see it in the midst of a cold wet snow. The seller was scheduled to have an open house but cancelled it once my offer was received. I feel like I have a good sense of what appealed to the sellers because while I was the buyer for that home, Tina Marie was also the agent for me as a seller. As I received offers for review I know what appealed to me and what gave me pause. I’ve received offers that were sloppily presented, not competitive for the sellers market we are in, or worse yet delivered after the explicit cut off time. These are all things out of the buyers hand and are solely up to the agent that they chose. They saying buying a home is one of the most difficult and major decisions you will make in life, but in actuality, choosing your agent should be. The home is out there, but whether you get it or not is going to depend on the agent you chose.
